Stay away! Beggers are always running business away. Don't get me wrong I enjoy helping those in need, but not when you're harassed or starred at like you're about to be mugged.

Pulled up to pump 4 and swiped credit card. Reached for the nozzle and no hose and nozzle attached to pump. Tried to cancel transaction but had to go inside and have attendant cancel. I did not move to another pump for gas. I left and bought gas at another Shell station. Why have this pump in service with no hose and nozzle attached? This is the 1st and last time at this station.

Avoid this place. Period. The parking lot is a hangout for homeless people and crackheads. You WILL have people beg while you pump gas. Just go to Kroger or Wawa up the street. The management clearly has no problem with people walking in, buying beer, then consuming on the curb. It's a mess.

"Left station without pumping gas, I don't know if ayone has experienced this before, but this is my second experience." The first time was the BP @ corner of Hull right beside Haynes furniture now it's a SUNOCO. Its still the same owner management and discourteous employees and services as before. "This was the worst experienced I've encounter being a consumer I was closed to being jailed for the way I was treated." Shell @ 6600 Midlothian was the best! I was welcomed and had no problem with getting my gas. "The employees were the most courteous and pleasant customer service I've encountered @ a filling station before and I'll recommend this SHELL to anyone looking for 5 STAR quality gas and service.

One of the best gas stations on the Chesterfield/Richmond City border. I'm not sure why the person below me wrote about a car wash because there isn't one here. Anyways, the people running this place are a family/group of friends (I'm not sure which) and they always take care of the customer since the owners are always at the store. A few times I didn't have enough money and they just told me to bring it next time.. you can't do that in most stores nowadays!

Nice place to get GAS. But thats it. Dont wash your car here. Every time I have i feel like my tire is going to fall off. I don't like way you put your car into it. Feels unsafe. Inside is a cluster. Tough to buy anything and get out quickly. Its tough to get in and out of as well.
