I bought a bottle of wine here, and when I attempted to open it an hour later the cork broke apart due to it being moldy. It wouldn’t even come out of the bottle, just broke in half then continued crumbling. I brought it back to the store hoping to make an exchange but was denied. The clerk admitted it was defective but still refused an exchange or a refund. They did offer me $5 off another bottle which is absurd. Why would I spend more money at this place? Never will again, that’s for sure. There are plenty of other neighborhood markets nearby.

DO. NOT. BUY. This spot carries SuperbWhip cream chargers. Over 15% of the charges I have bought from them were entirely empty. I may be wrong, but I also don't see them making this right.

Today I inadvertently bought a Green & Blacks chocolate bar with a sell-by date of March 2020-the first month of the Pandemic. I also saw for sale a package of Nathan's uncured (no nitrites/nitrates) hotdogs with a sell-by date of August 15th-I assume 2021, though I'm not sure. The previous owners also used to sell RAW ground lamb packages expired by 7-10 days or more.

Great family owned convenience story in the museum district. Place has pretty much everything you would need in a store. More of a grocery store than a convenience store honestly. The owner is also very nice and is always talkative and smiling when people walk in. They also have a great wine and beer selection that is way better than 7/11's. The name might be spelt wrong on here though because the sign says "704 Neighbors." Easy 5/5 stars.
