I had the most professional and kind service at this Sherwin-Williams location on Cary Street in Richmond on Saturday by Zach.
I did need to come back today to discuss the product I purchased and I was assisted by Jeff. He was very attentive and listened to my concern and gave advice and also offered to go above and beyond with the concern about the product. Everybody there that was working there was so kind and professional. It makes a huge difference when you’re spending harder and money.

Rude and weird. I asked for a 5 qt pail and the guy advised I would have to pay for it, so confused I’m like errr well this is a store of course I’m going to pay for it. Then they charged me $14 for acetone which was marked on the shelf as 12.49 and I pointed this out saying they should honor it and the other guy was rude and back chatted me. Honestly I will stick to my local stores in Williamsburg: I am a professional painter and these dudes were not.

Tim who works on Sundays is a paint champ. Always patient, helpful, and he knows his paint. Regardless of the color you want, get your paint mixed here. He'll take care of you.

First time at S-W in Downtown RVA. It was a pleasant experience like my other trips to S-W stores in other states. Friendly, prompt staff and a good selection (considering the times). I did both an on-line order and shopped in the store. Both experiences were easy. I was happy to be able to order the paint on-line as it helped me get out faster.

This is the first time I've realized there is a paint store right outside Carytown. I had plenty of parking and is well stocked. I was able to walk right up to the counter, order my exact color and 10 minutes later was done and out the door. If you have ever had to order paint at a big name hardware store, then you know how long this takes and you are usually 12th in line. But Jeff got me set up really quick and was very helpful!
