Kid working here was the least helpful employee I have ever encountered. I needed to know which tint primer to use on a dark red paint. He goes, “you don’t need primer, you only need primer for black.” What?!! I asked him to just look it up in the computer, that there would be a P-number telling me what tint (how dark of a gray). He wouldn’t and insisted I didn’t need primer. I wonder if he has ever painted anything in his life. I called a different SW store, knowing they could tell me the tint from looking it up on the computer. She told me immediately what tint I needed and I proceeded to go to Lowe’s and purchase the correct tint of primer.

The hours say 10 to 4. A girl was in store and door locked and she wouldn’t come to the door or answer the phone. If you aren’t open just say do or better yet change your hours on the door and internet.
