They don’t have product. I asked for a sample of my color and they told me they don’t do samples anymore. And add, they haven’t done that in months. But I can buy a quart at a reduced price. I called and was told that on the phone. So I drive to the store and now I’m told they don’t have that available. And at any Sherwins Williams around me.

The actual paint color was off from the color chip by a lot... they fixed it with a new can of paint, color matched to the color chip and got it right. Very good customer service and super friendly.

When googling the nearest SW store to my house I noticed this location shows a low rating based on complaints about customer service. You can imagine my surprise when I called and spoke with the nicest, most helpful guy who not only priced some paint for me, but also helped me look up my contractor, placed my order over the phone, then helped carry it to my car at pickup. Thank you, Hunter for your great customer service!
