If you’re lucky enough you’ll get Mckenzie to help you match your colors. I’m a handyman and could only manage to scrap a chip to sample the paint to match but it was not big enough of a sample for the machine to register. She walked over the paint code wall and made a perfect judgement call on the paint that I needed for a touch up job. My client is happy, only thanks to Mckenzie’s patience. Thank you Mckenzie.

I called this store for a senior needing help situation. Her home had not been painted in 30-40 years and had many other issues. I was told to call the Broad Street store and speak to a manger who could approve my request I did and he had that store prepare 5 gallons of white Edge paint for me to pick up. After prepping the walls I went a couple of days later and picked it up. I rolled 2 solid coats of paint on those walls and it covered. She smoked in the home and quit in 2019 and it showed but the paint they provided did a great job! Thank you very much for working with me to help her out. Great people and big hearts. Thank you again for helping me help her!

What an AMAZING shopping experience! I went into the store not knowing what I would find and got the support that I needed to get my granddaughter’s castle painted for the best quality and price!!

I have always had outstanding service from ladies who worked at the Parham Rd store. There was a woman in front of me purchasing something. she was upset because apparently kid gave her wrong price. So for 15 minutes ( no exaggeration ) he very slowly tried to find price!!! Finally after waiting 20 min it was my turn only to be told they were out of paint I wanted!!!! He said I could "try" other stores!!!!!! So I asked HIM to call other stores. Instead he took a phone call that lasted 10 min!!!! So I asked him AGAIN to call other stores. Instead, he chose to wait on next person after at this time I had been in store over 30 min!!!! I told him he had to finish waiting on me and he totally ignored me!!! I am a regular customer and this kind of treatment was unacceptable!!!! So off I went to Benjamin Moore where I was greeted with professionalism and my order completed in an extremely timely fashion!!!'

I like this store. It's kept clean and tidy and the staff was very kind and helpful. I'm glad it's near my home, too. I was able to get the paint I need and had it tinted to a color from a competitors pamphlet.
