I moved around the corner from this store 4 years ago and renovated my house. I painted or had painted every single crevice that could be painted and was never disappointed with the service or paint from here. I even painted my kitchen cabinets that needed to be color matched to my new ikea pantry and it was simply perfection!! We went through a few iterations, but finally got there. The guys in there were so incredibly helpful, patient and kind every time I entered!! For the first bit of time the same guys were in there. Now it’s usually different each time I go in but the kindness, helpfulness and genuine deep knowledge is amazing!!
Recently, I’ve chosen to paint my concrete basement after removing carpet and tiles then having the concrete “cleaned”. The suggestions and explanations of why to choose enamel was so thoroughly explained it was so so helpful!! Again, the knowledge base is just amazing!!
It’s also incredibly nice to be treated like an intelligent human even though I have zero idea what I’m doing compared to the professionals they usually are dealing with.

I walked in with questions and the gentleman who helped me found the right product for my project right away and was super nice. The paint I purchased was so easily applied and I am very happy with how it looks.

I wanted to thank the manager of this store for her amazing act of kindness and outstanding customer service. I came in at wits end after a week of trying to paint our rental for new tenants by the 1st. I was sold "contractor grade" paint which was requiring a 3rd coat on some areas like our ceiling. It just looked blochy and unprofessional. I could see every imperfection. I brought the "contractor grade" paint at a different Sherwin Williams but the manager at this store wanting to make things right upgraded a gallon of paint and threw in a roller complimentary. I immediately started painting when I left the store and what a difference! The Cashmere paint had no streaks or blotches beautiful coverage. Finished painting in 1/2 the time! I can't state enough how this made such a difference to me. I was already Sherwin Williams for life but this confirms it!
