I bought several pieces of furniture from Sofa Creations. It was such an easy process, but when I sent my brother to buy a sofa, Mamie was condescending, so he went elsewhere. Then one of the pieces I bought had bad springs after a only having it for a short time. Mamie was rude and would not help us. Two stars are for the furniture that did work.

I had shopped all of the major furniture stores. Experienced all of the hard sells techniques, each one wanting to run my credit. When I walked in to Sofa Creations with just two words I was sold. Those two words were "American made". Not only is the couch I purchased superior in every way the staff were awesome. When I need furniture I know where to go.

I searched all over Richmond for the perfect lake house furniture. I knew the minute I walked through the door that I’d find what I wanted at Sofa Creations. We’ve had our sectional for 2 years and it’s still perfect and will last for many more years!

I thought long and hard about 2 sofas that I needed to purchase. When I found Sofa Creations, I went back numerous times testing out different sofas. I have now had my couches for about 4 years. They look as good today as they did the day I bought them. Being able to take off and wash individual pieces has been a perfect solution to keeping things neat and clean. Even though they are slipped covered couches, they do not look like slip covered couches. I would absolutely buy them again, although they are holding up so well I don't think I will need to do it anytime soon! I highly recommend Sofa Creations and Mamie for the attention they gave me.

Wow, I cannot recommend Sofa Creations enough - there are so many options and ways to customize. Mike (showroom manager) was fantastic; he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and it met all of my criteria: kid-friendly, unique size a within a specific budget range. Mike has decades of experience and it shows - he used to work for Leo Burke in Carytown. Two thumbs up!

I highly recommend buying furniture from here! We bought a sectional sofa last August and we love it! It did take a couple of months to get our custom sofa, but it is definitely worth the wait. We absolutely love this couch! And it's made in the USA. There are many styles, designs, and fabrics to chose from. They even let me bring in a giant rug to help color match. They have a great team to help you find what you're looking for. These people know their stuff! I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back again.
