Wow this companies be hiring anyone nowadays, this truck specifically Threatened to pull a gun on me when I was far away from him and just trying to ask for information also damaged the front on the Vehicle. This is very unacceptable and y’all be hearing from me very soon.

Rude and endangered my life AND bad at parking? Hypocritical much? Kept me stranded on the side of the road for multiple hours because they lied and said they were coming a bunch of times then cancelled when my company called them out on it. And now I find one of their trucks parked over the line at my apartment complex taking up two of the very few decent spots. Bet y'all would tow someone for parking over the line! You guys almost got me killed. Normally I wouldn't care enough to complain about people parked over the line but considering there's parking spots further away and y'all are blocking 2 of the ones closest to people's apartments when you guys tow others for less...and we're rude and disrespectful over the phone AND kept me abandoned on the side of the road and lied to me over and over that you were almost there then cancelled after hours.....yeah nah y'all deserve to get flamed. Don't use these guys they're garbage.

Called them and, waited for 3 hours, nobody showed up or, called. Called again said they would be here 30 minutes, again no show no call. I wouldn't call them to move an out house or, anything else.

What's changed with them??? I had great results last year when they were assigned to me through my insurance. Now ive been stranded for 2 1/2 hours today waiting for them and they accepted the job but are not answering their phone regardless of me reaching out or the insurance company calling them.

The company breaks 46.2-1231-1233 for a tow I was charged 215, including a fuel charge fee mind you the car was towed on one side of the fence to the other no more that 10 feet. The guy who towed it was not trying to give me his name and when I asked for a policy break down to how they charge they were not able to provide that. (Another violation) both drivers I asked about the policy didn’t know anything and when I called the manager he basically told be I’m lucky because if anything he’s the manager and he can charge more if he wanted (another violation) after that I asked his name and he gave me the name of the driver that was just there (mind you I asked for the managers name) after than I just went ahead and paid because I knew I was already gonnna escalate the situation but when I went ahead to proceed to my vehicle my bumper was messed up and my skid plate was coming off. Did I mention the original driver who towed my car also refused to give me his name and was very disrespectful. After I told the worker my bumper was messed up he went ahead and said he doesn’t believe that someone did that because of a prior damage. Mind you the pictures they took that was attached to my invoice was AFTER the car got towed and on top of that they part of the damage was not in any of the photos. But yet you don’t believe anyone did it? Confused 100% do not recommend

My roadside assistance lined up this provider. I waited for 45 minutes, called multiple times, and disnt get an answer. Are they coming? Yes! Got a friendly driver who did a great job.

I would like to really compliment SPORTS TOWING & RECOVERY, LLC on their prompt response to my family distress call for roadside assistance especially with the vehicle breaking down on an EXTREMELY HOT DAY!!! By the GRACE OF GOD my family was greeted by a gentleman by the name of TRAE who went above the call of duty to make sure that we got a ride to the nearest automotive service shop, but not ONLY that, since we were out of town from Philadelphia, trying to have a nice vacation, TRAE helped us with our bags and gave us a little tour of the land and he drove us to the nearest hotel so we could all get a goodnight good night's sleep! Thank You again for everything TRAE and the SPORTS TOWING & RECOVERY, LLC. I truly wish there were more INDEPENDENTLY BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES like this around. MUCH LOVE & RESPECT!

Terrible company voicemail always full never answer the phone and never come through my apartment complex. I’m a resident that has to park in visitors because they don’t come do their job.

Linked with sports towing through my insurance. They did an excellent job communicating and even better job in person. Operater Von provided comedic relief and a lesson on how to properly tow my car. 5 star job

Traveling from another state and having car issues, no one wants to deal with that. I made three calls and the only one that was able to help and was very reasonable with prices was Sports Towing and heavy duty Recovery Richmond VA. Professional, fast, and efficient. They handled my vehicle with care and towed it where it needed to go. Customer Service A1 and certainly 5 Stars

My car won't start in the garage called my insurance company. They got in touch with sports towing and they can right away. The guy was really nice. I will use them again if needed.
