If you swing by this store, be sure to ask for Paris! She is fantastic. Spent nearly an hour helping me work through an issue with T-Mobile tech support regarding my 5G home internet service. She solved my issue and I left has a happy customer.

Worked with Luckee yesterday at this location, and she was the best at adding a new line to an account, transferring the service from Verizon, and getting me the 512 iPhone 15 pro max!Plus there was a rowdy couple in there having a screaming match with each other and everyone there managed it beautifully with a full store.There’s a great crew here T-Mobile! Will definitely be back and will be looking to see Luckee for any help I need or accessories to purchase!

I bought a new phone today and the sales representative was very nice, however, she was in a rush to go on her lunch break at the end of the transaction so she overlooked advising me of important information regarding the iCloud restore. Once the iCloud began to restore, she told me that I could leave and then she rushed off, however, 1-2 hours later I still could not use my phone (as the phone was still loading).After waiting nearly two hours, I drove back to T-Mobile and a different sales representative told me that it was an issue with Apple. While he wasn’t rude, he also didn’t seem interested in helping me with a solution.I got back home and did a little research and found that I needed to connect to WiFi. A simple fix that neither sales representative suggested before.I understand that honest mistakes happen, but if the sales woman didn’t rush off to lunch, and the second salesman actually took the time to consider ALL of the reasons the loading time was taking so long, I think the experience could have went differently. If Google didn’t tell me the answer that I needed, my phone would still be loading. This all could have been avoided had the staff been more attentive.

Literally the kindest most attentive representatives. Paris literally stayed late to make sure that our phone numbers got ported over properly. It was so smooth and she knew what she was doing she’s awesome.

Representative was awesome, but the phone Revvl5g worked fine. They tried to recreate the issue, but could not. The device is still freezing and I am not getting notifications of calls and/or texts all the time.

Some one from the corporate office needs to pay this location a visit. Customer Service at this location is awful. One female who works there got upset because I asked her to staple the paper copy of my receipt. It was 2 pages. I wanted them stapled together.

Beware of Brandon. This employee set up my new phone plan last month and now that we are receiving the bills, he did not do anything we asked for or he told us! First, he said my trade in phone was worth $800. My husband and I wanted to pay the difference of the cost of the phone, so we didn't owe any monthly installments. So we paid the $200 difference. It turns out that Brandon lied to our face. T-Mobile now says the phone is not worth $800 and they aren't sure why Brandon gave us that wrong information. He also did not set our plan up with the plan we wanted. He also said we would qualify for a 15% discount, we didn't qualify. He all around gave us SO much wrong information. BUYER BEWARE OF BRANDON.

Absolutely unhelpful! Interested in selling phones and plans (for commission) at the expense of giving you the wrong information that will impact you negatively in the long run. Stay away from this location.
