I have been to this location before in the past and had a great experience. Today I’m upgrading my son’s phone and employee who’s # ends with 229 has been probably the most unprofessional individual I’ve dealt with in a long time. When I first walked in she was helping a Hispanic couple and she sat and helped them as a good employee should until they were completely finished. When it became my turn not only did she try to skip over me, she said the people behind me at table and were had to stand at a booth. After over looking that instead of helping and completing the transaction with me she walked us over to a talk and started helping a Caucasian customers.The other 2 employees working are doing all working with their customers with full focus. I will chalk it up as she is new and don’t know better but this and been a real bad experience and the manager needs to spend time with this employee and working on how to properly deal with customers. In the future I will not be returning to this location and going to the store across town.

After a short wait a customer service representative was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I am very satisfied with T-Mobile.

This has to be the most unorganized TMobil location. I was simply there to make a payment. Initially I was acknowledged and the person said he would get me checked in so I took a seat. The place was loaded with people everywhere. He never checked me in! People were walking in and then just standing around waiting to be acknowledged. I remember thinking how will he know who is next? In crunch times they should have a greeter at the front of the store! I left without being served. No plans to return to this establishment.

went ti upgrade my phone last night. told the customer service rep i needed photos and messages. did the swap info app to merge my info. was told they close in 10 minutes so i was getting anxious. even opted to skip some sruff being swapped. was told everything was swapped but this is 15 past 8. they have me auto reset my old phone and i go home. this morning im looking for my photos and low and behold they are not there. these people are a joke. at&t never lost my info when i switched smh.

Most staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable. There is usually a small wait for service.

Excellent help. They stayed past close to get the phones transferred over to the new phones. I will return again, this is where I do all of my T Mobil in person activities.

Beware... make sure you get what you want and are paying for. I wanted a phone that can be charged wirelessly if needed. They said that the one I have has it... it does not. Went back the next day to see what they can do about it. They basically said nothing (except for an additional 100 dollars paid by me) it can be done.

Lady that greeted us was very nice. The issue is the guy that helped us. I think his name was Bolivar, at least that's the name on the white tag on the little device he used. Took my dad to replace my parents' phones and found a phone he liked. Moto G Stylus 5G priced at $252. When the guy scanned the phone he said they were $299 each. I said it's advertised at $252. He checked with another guy that came out the back room and said it's a different generation. Well the sign didn't say anything about generations and there was no separate generation modeled in store. This is a blatant case of false advertising and scamming customers. They refused to sell it to us at the correct price. My dad went ahead and paid since my parents phones no longer work due to phone companies killing old phones with updates after a few years. On our way out the door I handed the guy the sign and mentioned I didn't know what he wanted to do with it. He actually said he's just going to put it back and keep scamming customers. The nerve of this guy. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. See pictures for proof of price scamming and false advertising.
