The print shop has to be the worst among the many Staples I’ve gone to. Simple tasks like running one sheet of paper through a laminating machine when no one is around is not possible and will take two or three days. Never got a call that it was long ago ready. Then when I go to pick it up, I ask if there’s a trimmer? No, they don’t have one for public use and it’ll cost me $2.50 for each cut. So even when I say OK that I’ll pay that ridiculous price and still no other customers around and trimming an item that is 8 1/2 x 11 two times may take 60 seconds. That’s not possible. I’ll have to wait a few days. I’m usually not one to post but I’ve had just consistent unpleasant experiences with this print shop that I think it’s distinct among the other Staples that I go to. That’s unfortunate. I never have these experiences at FedEx by the way.

I have used Staples for small business ups for a year. Always courteous helpful people at that counter. This month- 3 separate visits- I wait at the counter while workers set up shipping boxes and talk on the phone. Then when they decide to wait on me, someone else shows up in line and the attendant says “I’m going to take them first bc you need a label made and they don’t.” All three times the customer looks uncomfortable , goes in front of me and has multiple returns that need bagging, scanning , and receipt printing. Once the attendant took two people ahead of me. These are not the original Staples staff.

I love the Staples at Libby Mill. I get my printer ink there and they recycle my old ink cartridges. I make copies there and got my passport photo taken yesterday.

I didn't have a good experience with the cashier and also with the use of the computer to print.

This place is so poorly run. They never have inventory, there are never enough people working. And they also have no interest in helping customers.

I always like to shout out great service by name when I can, but unfortunately, I forgot to get the name of the manager who helped me tonight (4/11/25 at 8:25pm). I called the store afterward to find out, and while I couldn’t quite hear the associate clearly, I believe his name is Hakim—if I got that wrong, I’m really sorry!
I came in to pick up a custom print order that I had dropped off yesterday. Despite double-checking the specs with the associate before I left, my order hadn’t been printed correctly—and according to the associate helping me tonight, it hadn’t even been entered into the system properly. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I needed the prints on a tight timeline.
The associate initially told me I’d have to wait until after 8pm the next day for a reprint, which really wasn’t workable for me. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and helped resolve the situation. He listened, worked with me on a solution, and made sure I could leave with the print order I needed. I truly appreciated that.
One star off for the initial error and inconvenience, but big thanks to the manager (Hakim?) for stepping up and turning the experience around. That kind of customer service really matters.

Threw away two special memorabilia items I had dropped to be laminated “because that’s what happens after 1 week.” Was never once communicated this “deadline”. Wouldn’t trust them with anything
Also I spoke with corporate and supposedly the policy is to wait at least a month and try to contact the customer multiple times before disposing of their belongings. Supervisor here is absolutely clueless

Per the review from yesterday from Radyah, as a former employee (2019-2021) of this Staples location, my experience working here and under Titus was very good. I was able to witness first hand how well his customer interactions are and how he's willing to step in & help if an employee is struggling with a difficult transaction. I'm grateful that I'm able to say that the management of this location made my time working there an incredible time while I was going to school, and I'd recommend this job to anyone thinking of applying.

The manager TITUS is universally disliked by all the other employees there. (Sorry if you didn’t know that man). He also likes to tack on extras to customer’s purchases without their knowledge (like protection plans, etc.) Taking advantage of people like this is extremely wrong. As a customer I’ve seen him be so rude to other employees and expect them to do things he hasn’t trained them for. He is also seen wasting his own time but getting mad at everyone else for not taking care of things he didn’t even ask them to do.

Why poster lamination cannot be done on the same day? I see 2 people working at printer service with no line. I did not ask to print, just needed to laminate. I told a lady I don't mind waiting an hour, she started explaining with express fee for same day lamination so I left the store and scheduled to pick up next day to avoid extra charge. 30mins later, store called me that my poster is ready.. i wasted my time and energy going back there again when I already told them I can wait an hour but they can't do it without me paying extra.
