Wow! Maceo in the print shop was incredible! Traveling in from out of town and the blueprint didn’t arrive on site. He got them printed out quickly for me saving the business trip. Thank you!

Worst customer service.
People are yelling at us when we ask for help. Not one or 2 but everyone here.
The old man here he’s using cuss words when I asked him for help. Not recommended

I had an incredible experience at Staples on Pump Road today, thanks to Lydia! I needed a stand banner and some flyers printed, but the place I originally ordered from canceled on me at the last minute. I was unsure if Staples could help me on such short notice, but I decided to give it a try.
When I walked in, Lydia was immediately welcoming and professional. She quickly assured me that they could handle my printing needs and had my order ready in just 30 minutes! It was unbelievable. The other place made me wait for three weeks before cancelling, so I was extremely relieved to find such efficient service at Staples.
I can't thank Lydia enough for her help. If you're in need of quick and reliable printing services, I highly recommend visiting Staples at Pump Road. You won't be disappointed!

Staples and the staff at the Short Pump store are always my go-to place for tech stuff and the support that I need to get and keep it working. The 2 Managers at that location are just amazing! They are both knowledgeable and very friendly to speak with.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the Sales Manager Steve of the Short Pump store to complement his associate Ben that works in the print lab.
I was astonished by the great customer experience that both the manager and the representative assisted me with. These gentlemen were attentive, I was greeted when I walked in, and was hand held through the print and scanning process by both with care and patience.
The location was clean and organized, and It was nice to receive the attention immediately and was treated with care and felt like a valued customer.
The customer service I received today was excellent, and in today’s World. You don’t get top class Customer Service anymore you deal with robots or people who don’t care that was not the experience in today’s store thank you for that great customer human to human experience.
You have a great team

I went to this store to purchase a plastic floor mat for a chair with coasters I use on a carpeted floor. What I was looking for was listed on a label showing styles and sizes offered, but no mats like that were displayed. I mentioned to the clerk and asked if wanted to write it down to alert store management, but he said no, he couldn't do anything about it. I was also looking for Cross Pen refills, but to my surprise, the store did not carry that brand.

This store is very good, it has all the implements for office and work. There is a recycling area. It has an area for Amazon return and other shipping services, you can find it by entering the right side. You can carry the objects without a box, they are in charge of making the packaging and putting the labels. When I arrived I waited a few minutes since they were attending to a person in front of me. Then I started the return and everything went well.Highly recommended ?.
