I ordered a grande dark roast using the mobile app, which said it would be 7-10 minutes. I arrived a little early and sat down to wait, checked email, etc. Heard several mobile orders called and handed out, but nothing for me. 20 minutes after I placed the order I asked the Barista if they had my order. Another cashier had filled the order (I don't know when), but instead of placing it on the pickup counter, they had it sitting behind some supplies next to the cash register. When they gave it to me it wasn't quite as hot as it could be - and then I had to go back in because they neglected to add cream.I know, first-world problems - but this is the second time in three visits they've messed up an order for a simple coffee. Might could use some refresher training.

First time going here since they reopened. Usually I get the peppermint mocha. Today I got the peppermint mocha Frappuccino and it tasted like they didn’t sweeten it at all. They also took away the self service for the sugars, creamers, etc. My drink was chunky with ice as well. Wife and brother said theirs tasted different also.

The dining area looked like a storage area. There were lots of boxes of product stacked around the dining area. The staff was nice and my Carmel crunch Frappuccino was good except that they didn't have the topping for on it. They ask me if I still wanted it before making the order, so that was good. Otherwise an average visit for a Starbucks.

9/29/23- Notified my mobile order of Just Coffee is ready. After notifying the individual behind the counter that all the brewed coffees are empty. Was still ignored.It is absolutely absurd that it takes 20 minutes to get coffee from a mobile order.

I was here earlier this morning and saw this man complaining that his coffee was taking too long when they were slam packed and was being rude to the barista and I just have to say, the baristas handled it very well. Kudos :)

This location has the nicest people working at it. I constantly bounce between 7 different Starbucks locations every 2 weeks and this location is consistently efficient. It's a bummer that they're closing down to renovate however I know when they resume operations that they will be even better. It's also nice that this Starbucks is choosing to upgrade and beautify in this geographical area, with the new upscale neighborhoods nearby, this Starbucks is a good future investment for the brand and the franchise owner, if there is one.

There needs to be another Starbucks in the area. The drive thru is superslow and you wait and wait with 10 cars ahead and 10 cards behind. Does not meet the demands of the community.
