The dresses were so cute. I tried on a dress and it fit PERFECTLY so I asked them to put it on hold for us so i could come back and pay for it an hour later bcuz i needed to run out to get money and then i came back and got the dress and when I tried it on again it didn’t fit at all. The lady was also very pushy and wouldn’t even let me walk around and look a bit more before demanding i try on the dress

I went there and and got a dress then a hour later it didn’t fit and it fell apart and every one there was just rude.

Racist she act like she didn't want to pull the dress down so my daughter can try it on and she replies the dress is 400 and she is not pulling it down because it's expensive and if we are not buying it she is not going to waste her time so she lost a sell that day because it doesn't matter how much it cost and she assume I didn't have the money I showed it to her and more and she wanted to talk nice then I told her never judge a book by its cover hunni and walked out

If you are not a white Anglo Saxon PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! I walked in and the employee immediately radioed for her mangers to come out from the back and follow us around. Mind you this was not the case for the white customers. Then me and my daughter were looking at dresses to prepare for prom and the manger told my daughter that the dress she was wearing would not look good on someone with her skin color. Then to rub salt in the wound, she told us that she was concerned about finalizing the sale because she didn't think we were serious about buying the dress. Y'ALL PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

What a wonderful dress shop!!! Went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter this past Saturday. The staff were so polite and attentive. We were greeted immediately and asked about the style she wanted, which was nice because of lot of other shops don’t ask that anymore. My daughter is usually pretty overwhelmed with dress shopping, but the staff were very attentive and made it a fun experience. My daughter found her dress on the first try!! She tried on another one just to see, but we knew it was the first dress. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great quality dress, great price and personable experience.

I absolutely love this store! Whenever I have black tie events, this is the only place I can find the perfect dress. The staff is family oriented and will make sure you get what you want.

Went to Step n Style with my daughter to look for prom dresses. They have a good selection of all types of dresses and are super helpful. They helped my daughter find her size in the dresses she wanted to try and when she found one she liked they were helpful and knowledgeable about the alterations! Very nice staff and super helpful! Definitely recommend going there for any formal dresses and gowns!

An amazing shopping experience! All of the dresses and shoes in the store were gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend if you want to find dresses for an occasion.
