I was having a rough day until I walked in Subway and met a fellow sandwich creator by the name of Dustin. The man was as polite as professional when it came to the crafting and steady creation of my sandwich is polite. He was kind he was Clean give this man a raise.

Tried ordering on the Subway app. Upon arrival I noticed the delivery service didn't bring me the combo chips and a drink (left on counter at my place of work so I couldnt ask the driver where they were). No problem right? Well not only is the number to the restaurant disconnected, but upon calling them on another number I googled, apparently not getting delivered what I paid for is my problem. My problem will become theirs when I dispute the charge on the credit card and never go to Subway again. Good luck in this competitive restaurant world. Treating customers like this will surely make them go elsewhere like I will be.

Worst subway experience ever. Food was awful. Sandwiches were 75% bread and 25% meat. Way too much sauce killed the sandwich. Will not come back again.

I walked in at 9:10, and the cashier rudely said that they were closed (a lie). I asked why but got no explanation so i walked out. Plain weird.

Delivery was fast however I asked for spinach and they gave me lettuce (I don't eat lettuce) and the tuna tasted old. I was disappointed.

Worst service ever like seriously nobody greeted us at the door when my gf asked what type of bread there was nobody answered her it took us asking three times. The food sucked too like I really just wanted a Philly cheese steak I got dog food instead it tasted like the meat had been reused and sitting out for a while

The worst experience EVER. Never going back again. Rude to customers and her own employees. Burnt the pizza didn't have any option for bread. Drink machine was not made an option. No cookies made. Just HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.

I was picking up a doordash at this location and I wasn't even acknowledged, he seemed irritated and was moving slow to even start my order. Then another customer, who was white, comes in he greets her and gave her a lot better service than I was given, he even worked on her order before even starting mine. It definitely feels like a race thing because another person of color came in he did the same thing to him as well. It was an older man. I normally don't post about things like this but this felt way too intentional.

Ordered online and came in to wait at pickup and saw 5 people in line. Employee asked me if I was picking up and I said yes and gave my name. He mumbled something and went to the back to call someone. He apologized to everyone saying he was the only one there. He went back to his phone and 4 people in line walked out. He started looking at the online orders and went back to his phone calling his boss or someone. The last person walked out and someone else walked in. The employee started taking the new persons order. I was upset and the employee could only say he was by himself. My order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago and I waited 15 minutes. After he took the order he went back to his phone and a doordasher came in and I told him the situation and he waited a bit but ended up leaving. The employee started my sandwhich after I eventually pointed to my online order receipt sitting on the counter. Two more customers walked in and he told them he’s sorry he’s the only one here and then they left too. I tried to empathize for employee and he did tell me that he was here since 6am and has to work until 9pm. I took the sandwich back to work and it was about half full as usual. I’m not sure where the problem is, but I saw almost 10 people walk out and 3 sandwiches made in 30 minutes. This store was recently renovated and the place is beautiful now. I hope the problems get fixed soon.

The customer service and attitude of the two making the food was very good, however they really need some work on their sandwich making ability. My son’s sandwich was a job in and of itself trying to get it made right. I ordered the protein bowl and both my chicken and bacon was cold, which I saw them heat it up so I don’t know how they managed to pull that off.
