These folks are awesome!! Sophie did a wonderful job helping us select our beautiful new patio furniture. She even came out to our home beforehand for measurements and advice. We had a small problem with two of the ottomans we purchased, but Traci the owner took care of it right away for us. We are VERY pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Gabby and Summer Classics to anyone wanting well built, high quality, gorgeous, amazingly comfortable patio furniture. So so so glad we made the investment!!!

If you want to switch out your pillow insert and/or cushion covers, BEWARE you will have to buy a new cushion plus the pillow cover - even if your pillow insert/cushion is fine. I wanted to switch out the pillow covers and I was told that I had to buy the pillow inserts as well. I told them the pillow inserts were fine but both the Richmond sales representative and the Summer Classics corporate office told me I had to buy the pillow insert and cushions. Doesn't make sense to me when people want to switch out their decor from season to season plus the fact that there Are zippers on the cushions. In addition, I was told they have a special machine that puts the pillow covers and cushion covers on. I have a special machine too called my arms. Best bet would be to buy Sunbrella or another brand if you want to change your patio decor easily. Finally, I don't know the purpose of selling swatches if you can't change your decor easily.

What a great experience we’ve had with Summer Classics! Their level of service and communication are superior in every aspect of the selection and purchase process.A short time after getting our new furniture, it was damaged by a contractor working at our house. The entire team (especially Teara, Chera, Traci and Angie) went above and beyond to help us get the answers and help we needed.Working with this group was an excellent choice and we recommend them often.

Chera worked with our family to design a comfortable outdoor space in our smaller backyard. She was helpful and patient throughout the process and was able to suggest pieces based on our taste and needs. We have had the furniture for a few months now and can’t imagine the space without it. The furniture and design far exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased working with Chera and recommend her expertise to anyone searching for an updated outdoor space.

We traveled from Northern Virginia to the Summer Classics store in Richmond and it was well worth the trip. The designers are fabulous, and the customer service is great, keeping us updated on the status of our order (during Covid-19, sigh). Highly recommend the Summer Classics family of products for the quality and craftsmanship and you won’t find a better design experience. Chera, Angie, and Traci are special…you will be in great hands! Highly recommend!

We ordered some outdoor furniture in early August. At the time, we were told that the furniture frames were in stock but the delay would be in getting the pads made, estimated completion would be in Oct. I called in September and the date had been moved to November. Just called again and now it's January 2022. We ordered from Summer Classics because the sales woman told us that their product was made in Alabama and would be readily available. i had seen other furniture I liked better but delivery was jan/Feb. Now I regret my decision and wonder why my frames weren't held until the cushions were completed. I totally understand that furniture is hard to get these days but we trusted their word. Beware of what they tell you.

Ok yes this awesome store in Richmond is titled "Summer Classics" but after shopping there today my husband and I renamed it. . .We totally call this store and it's staff "SUMMER SENSATIONS." We are so excited with our purchases and the professional advice.

Outstanding customer service and the staff is very friendly and fun. They were so focused on making sure we got the right mix for our patio. We found them to be very honest and the sale prices are very fair.
