By far the slowest bank I've ever been to. Apparently a single customer needs multiple tellers in order to get their money. Literally watching employees stand behind another employee instead of helping myself or somebody else is about as infuriating as it gets

I have called my local branch multiple times last week and this week. No Answr no call back. I never have this issue with Chase. They always answer the phone. Why does this bank think they are so much better then their clients? What disrespect.

The bank is kinda ghetto why is the teller drinking a slurpee while assisting customers? Why is there only one teller and 6 people in line? Then when the second teller came back the first teller left and had to work the window… this bank location needs to add tellers bc Ms.Shannon shouldn’t have to work this many positions at one time. Ms.Shannon did great assisting me her work would go further if she had the help she needed !!!

BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BANK PRACTICES! Their website is designed to hide scheduled payments for auto loans. If you're unsure of whether or not you've scheduled one, it will appear you haven't. So you schedule a second. Then if you can't afford to make 2 payments in one week - they charge you $25 for insufficient funds. Customer service is aware of this, but has no authority to waive this fee. Nor do their managers, or anyone in the branches. Even if you submit a complaint to the CFPB - their "Client Advocates" are authorized to close your case without taking ANY recourse. This is a deceptive bank, that preys on it's own customers, and is held accountable by no one. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Very unprofessional I had a check to cash and they refused to cashed it because I'd said it had ran out if date but I had the paperwork with me from dmv stateing that the I'd was still good and th we y still refused saying that it disnt meet there document criteria

Poor Service and unprofessional staff. I was the only client inside the bank, and I was told to wait while the the tellers gossip and tell jokes, needless to say I got out of there and i am thinking about transferring my money to Credit Union. SunTrust has become the McDonalds of banks. Poor staff, poor service. Poor time management.

The teller was friendly behind glass from counter to ceiling. The Banker's desk was in the center of the floor right next to the waiting area. There were no walls so one could hear others personal business. After hearing about a lady's credit card number and personal information, I left the bank
