I was in desperate need of a phone. Not only did I get a quality phone, I received exceptional customer care! Ja'Waun is very knowledgeable of T-Mobile products. He took the time to match me with the best phone for my needs. He was professional, personable and courteous! I also had the pleasure of talking with Ayoungwe and G' ynia. I cannot say enough positive things about such quality individuals.They set the bar high for superior customer service!I would sincerely hope, they are commended by corporate office for their excellent representation of The T-mobile brand.My hats off to such an awesome team!!!!!

The customer service and how friendly they were, was great. But I didn't like that I was charged for a wall adaptor. And wasn't asked if I wanted it. Since, I know the new Samsung don't come with adaptors. Ts the same with iphone. Didn't need to buy it cause I already had one. Soooo, it's deceitful to do that to a customer..

Allie helped me switch from my old Samsung S7 to my new S21 phone yesterday. She was personable, knowledgeable, and capable, providing me with excellent service. We got it done in short order and I'm lovin' my new device!I would have given this store 5 stars but I was disappointed to find that they didn't have a screen protector or a phone case for my phone that I was expecting to buy. ?

Never had such a pleasant experience at a phone store until now. Allie was so helpful knowledgeable on the products prices and requirements no hidden fees and made sure I understood every step into receiving my new phone and payments. Glad i came to this store and will continue just because of her

The representative Ja'Waun was very approachable and helpful with all the questions I had and in addition to other services he provided to help educate and thoroughly explain things to a customer. He's very patient and friendly. G'ynia was also very helpful and friendly along with Kionte. The atmosphere felt very light and unjudgmental. They converse with you and make things go better and effortless. I'm very glad I came to this location instead!! Thank you all for making the experience a great one!!

An associate by the name of Je Wuan ,(hope this is the correct spelling) helped me on yesterday morning and I can not say enough on how pleased I was with this young man’s assistance. He made the transition from my old phone to the new one, effortless and reduced all of my anxiety. Thank you so much! The manager was awesome as well. This wasn’t his regular location but I certainly hope he is transferred to the Brook rd location permanently. I can honestly say these guys are very knowledgeable and are an asset to T-Mobile.

I just visited this store to purchase the new iPhone 14, and I had the best experience! I’m not one to usually post a review, but I feel like Allison went above and beyond helping me and the other patrons. She welcomed everyone who walked through the door with a greeting and a smile and was extremely knowledgeable on ALL the items. I had a bunch of questions about the differences between my old phone and the new one as well as questions about pricing and add ons. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and accurately. I was particularly impressed with the way she was able to assist multiple customers at once when there was a rush. Each customer was given time and consideration and each one had their questions or issues resolved in a timely manner. I will 100% make this my T-Mobile store going forward.

Issues I had with a woman (don't know her name) that works at this location:1. Took 2 hour for her to transfer my service and get my phone all set up.2. They didn't inform me she did a credit check. I had to find that out by reviewing my credit report.3. She was more interested in their personal phone conversation.4. Signed me up for the wrong plan. I had to call customer service to get it corrected.5. Had to call customer service to get my phone setup corrected as well because they added a sim to my phone and then set up the esim. Like WHAT???
