My husband waited in line and was told that he needed me there. When we got back there within 10 minutes, we were told that we had to wait in line again. The guy who was greeting people tonight. 5 pm at the Staples Mill store named Earnesto was very rude. I don’t know of any store ( a pharmacy for example) that makes you wait a second time. My husband has Parkinson’s and rude behavior on the part of your employee really upsets my husband which affects him physically. Making him wait twice when he clearly has problems walking and maintaining his balance should not be commonplace as your employee so rudely said at his store, you wait twice and that he wasn’t like other stores.

They gave me wrong info about my billing cycle and wanted me to wait a whole month to get the new iPhone 15 Pro. But when I talked to T-Force on Twitter they waived the last 6 months of my EIP and ordered me my new phone right then and there. Talk to T-Force before going to a store or calling Tmobile is my advice. The only reason I’m giving a 2 stars is because of Kiara. She’s a great employee and actually gave me the correct info. Too bad she wasn’t in when I went into the store the second time.

When I walked up to the door, there were two signs one stating to forgive them, they were short staffed and to be patient. The other stating that they were going to close an hour early due to the fact they were short staffed. I was a little concerned because I have three kids with me and I didn't wanna wait or for them to be running all over because of the wait. When I went in the line was long, but you could tell that everyone was moving as fast as they could, and taking on multiple customers to make up the difference. My associates name is Corey and while he worked with me he also juggled three other customers. They all seemed happy with there services and I was definitely pleased with mine. There was a small wait but not nearly as long as I expected and I appreciate is the fact they were trying to make up for being short staffed.

Dropped by to pickup the T-Mobile Tuesday free cooler bag. They were busy, but a staff member acknowledged my presence right away, asked what I needed and brought the bag to me very quickly. Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and love the bag.

I don’t want to spoil my mood by recalling yesterday’s visit to this t- mobile branch, but I want to warn everyone against visiting this particular location. The day before, I contacted by phone with a t mobile agent, and he gave me this location to pick up the phone, for which I paid in full for everything I needed online. Also, the agent gave me the name of the person with whom he approved it. When I came, I was offered to pay for the same phone again. I explained that everything was paid for, but the manager said that she didn't care. She said that she pays all the bills of this branch, and there is no profit from my online purchase, and she will not give the phone away without payment. I had to pay for the phone again, then contact the service to return the money from the online payment. I wasted over an hour there, and the manager was very unfriendly and grinned nasty. Terrible experience and ruined mood.

I love t mobile but this store has the worst associates.. everytime I go there there so unattentive... When there today and they ignored me and helped other people but didn't help me but I was there before them.. so I just walked out... smh

I've been having some issues with my phone, my battery was constantly draining so I stop by T-Mobile to figure out what's going on. One of the nicest persons came up and matter fact she stopped in the middle of her lunch to check on me and asked that I received helped as of yet and no I didn't see reading it was that she was in the bag along with some more people and she walked out to see if there were people that were in need of help because the place had people already there being helped and so she came over and she looked at my phone and within less than 5 minutes she had me with my McAfee. She made sure that there were no Malware or Spyware and she taught me about the different features of McAfee thank you so much for hiring such great people.

Would not go to this store very low knowledge how to resolve problems with phones and text support very rude to customers I would go to the willow lawn store they know what they are doing very high knowledge of phones and text support they were able to fix my issues within 10 minute and very pleasant to customers I give the willow lawn store a 10 and the staples mill store a 1,I would never return to the staples mill store again a waste of my time.

They are nice but are charging 50% more than what we were told when we switched over. We have tried to solve tge issue in several ways. I have called customer service, waited 3 billing cycles and returned to the store. They all insist that what the employee quoted multiple times to me and my husband and adult son was not the price and that the employee "made a mistake." Charging $50 a month more than what was promised. Of course the entire process took hours and cost fees so there's no point in changing plans again so soon. But if you are considering T Mobile because of some deal they are promising, you will not get that deal.
