Stopped by for tmobile Tuesday free item. It was a head lamp that I thought would be good to have. The guy working there greeted me when I walked in, quickly gave me the head lamp and informed me about their $50 internet deal. I just took my lil head lamp and kept it moving and told him I'm considering it but not today.

yesterday I came in with my boyfriend, I got an upgrade & he got an Apple Watch. Both employees on duty were extremely kind & helpful. Jehimy was the one who helped us get all set up. She was very kind, helpful, communication was wonderful & she made sure nothing went overlooked. If you’re going to go to this location, I definitely suggest asking for Jehimy to help!

I wasn't given the correct information about the new Samsung galaxy 5g s22, I traded in Samsung galaxy 5g S21. I was told the payment would stay the same, however it increase almost $30, bad business, poor communication

My experience at T-Mobile was short in waiting to be helped, the representative who helped me was completent, friendly and resourceful to me with purchasing the right charger and cable that I needed for my Android cell phone! Excellent service, efficient and was helped in a timely manner!
