You can never get them to answer the phone. I’ve been waiting two months for a higher level approval for a credit on their representative’s mistake. I’ve reached out to Customer Care. Their position is that the store is responsible while my calls go unanswered at the store. I went into the store to complete my initial transaction and have regretted this decision. I’ve overpaid because of a mistake and have to prove it was the representative’s error-who is no longer an employee. I’ve never heard of a manager not receiving a response from her supervisor for two months on a customer complaint. Where’s the customer service or simple follow up.

This store use to be absolutely horrible! The service was bad the employees had attitudes it sucked! Then I met Brandon! My god this guy is amazing, a true professional! Being a small business owner I need my phones to work and work well. Brandon is ALWAYS ready to help and greet customers at all times. One time I came into the store 4 times in a roll and each time he was there to help with any problem that a had. So if you want to deal with a true professional ask for Brandon or B!

I don't know what to say ... Taking HOURS AND HOURS to get new service. It's ridiculous!! Then-- at the end -- this store (inside Chesterfield Town Center) CHANGED MY DEAL COMPLETELY!! Yes, I left in a huff !!! Then was accused by the manager of causing a disturbance!! WELL EXCUSE ME !!!!!!!! (I called the company and they've supported me, but still taking HOURS)....

Do NOT go to this location. They are a third party “vendor” and they make their own rules. They tell you that the purchasing phone accessories is a requirement when upgrading your phone. The “bundle cost was $195. Also if you don’t buy the accessories, they will have to ship the phone to you. It’s a scam, don’t fall for it. Go to a corporate location.

Employee was loudly cat calling people as they walk by the store. The guy kept yelling loudly until we made some comments whereby he proceeded to loudly tell us he had ADHD and anxiety issues. I felt like I was dealing with someone out on the street corner. I was there with my wife and 8 month pregnant daughter. It was a disgrace and the employee should be let go. I will be raking thos mayter higher up the chain. Person waiting on us was on a facetime call the whole time he interacted with us. We left in disgust.
