No sales are to be found, so I asked the snooty sales lady, and she said they didn't have sales. I've shopped at Talbots in Alabama, and they were NOT at all snooty like this woman. I politely turned around and walked out. It's Christmas. Who doesn't have sales at Christmas? Certainly not Talbots.

I really loved this location! The store was well stocked and the staff were very friendly and super helpful! My wife was overjoyed with her experience here. Great job! We need more experiences like this one!

I have a hard time finding my size since I am so petite without feeling like I am in a children's section. But here it is my size and style! Staff is really nice. Excellent shopping experience.

I love most of the clothes from Talbots. I am impressed with the workmanship; you will never find loose thread or imperfect stitching. Talbots offers a large selection of petite clothes. Their clothes are comfortable and elegant. Colorful prints are vibrant and tasteful. Price is expensive, but they have great sales.Wonderful customer service team! Everyone works here are very friendly and helpful.

Plus one star for having the size and style that I wanted from the catelog. Minus one for only very large boxes Helpful staff but no medium boxes only very large gift boxes minus one star.

So helpful and nice! Sale manager went out of her way to locate an item and help me get the right fit! Will definitely return! Much better experience overall than my recent visit to Talbots-River Road.
