Worst than Walmart. The situation is having the wait in a long ridiculous line. They have 14 registers and do not have any open for the most part, and have terrible customer service.

It's the Target I most often shop when in Richmond. It's outside the city in Midlothian. Parking has not been an issue at their massive surface lot. The area was clear of debris. The store is kept pretty tidy and organized. I cannot say that about all Targets anymore. Staff was in the area if questions were needed which I had none. The lack of service is evidenced by the self checkouts which are 90% it seems. I will be honest, I don't like them. I did have a staff check me out on my most recent which I appreciated. Bottomline I like Targets wide selections, goods and prices. They have a few areas that annoys me, but they are better than the alternative. 3.5 rounding up.

I came in here to return a Christmas gift, the two cashiers at the customer service desk were so nice and friendly. Of course I had to walk around the whole store buying things I didn't need. This target actually had 3 registers opened as well as self checkout which was great. Also they have a lot of nice things for spring. Go check it out.

How can you not love Target? We've never had it so good when it comes to national chains and departments stores as we do since Target hit the Richmond area a couple decades ago. Shop online and pick up in store or get free shipping and 5% off using your RedCard. Employees tend to be pleasant and courteous if not downright friendly. Easy purchasing, easy returns, and a Starbucks. The store is clean as is the parking lot, hours are good as well. What's there not to like?

They wouldn't accept a return for a vinyl record I purchased the day before. It was completely damaged out of the packaging. They wouldn't even offer store credit or let me speak to a manager. I called customer relations and got a full refund. This Target is terrible.

I don't have a single complaint. I ordered some things online & picked them up curbside. It was a seamless process & the associate who brought my items out was very friendly. I didn't go inside at all, so I can't speak to that. The prices were ok for what I purchased & everything was ready within the 2 hour timeframe, unlike Beat Buy. I originally ordered a tv from there that was supposed to be ready within an hour. After 3 hours, still no change in my order status. So, I cancelled with them and ordered with Target. I will definitely shop here again.

Really love this Target, but recently received a birthday card from my ex that he purchased at this location. This led to an inevitable rekindle. However, he cheated last night. Will not be going back to your establishment.

Got injured working at target. Workers comp said it's my fault. Wasn't my fault. Fired me while I was away injured and refused to pay my needed surgery after the injury. Thanks target!

Garbage. This should have taken 10 mins max. However, the holes for the screws didn't line up, the screwdriver couldn't fit, & once we got to the last screw it didn't even have a cut-out to be able to screw it in...? Long story short it's (barely) put together and I want to throw it off my balcony. Only reason I'm not is because it took so long to put it together. Still missing a screw by the way.

I have been in town a week, and have been in this store at least 3 times already - checking for Plus sizes bathing suits - there are none, or none of the "team members" I asked knew the right answer. I looked in the front, with all the misses bathing suits, and went to the back of the store to the Plus section, and there were none! They show available on line, but how can you sell a bathing suit if I can't even see it for size?? Other than that, I wanted to exchange an item at the Customer Service desk, and no one was interested to assist me. There were three "team members" who all looked at me like I was crazy! What has happened to training? and Customer Service??

Target a store I love to hate. I have never found any friendly team members, especially at the customer service desk. I like the store layout and size and always appears clean. I dislike the checkout system and always appears no on is working with the backups.

As much as I love Target, my experience today shopping at Target was extremely disappointing! From the overwhelming smell of vomit in the Starbucks cafe area to the lack of organization and the extreme clutter throughout the store, I'm not sure if I can tolerate another shopping trip here! These pictures were taken at 3:00 in the afternoon - not like it was right at opening or closing hours, so this clutter was a huge deterrent in enjoying shopping at the store today. Not to mention on top of the clutter, they seemed to be out of a lot of products we were in search of. Not sure if we could've found what we were wanting in those random carts and boxes, but that just meant less money that Target got out of my mom and I today. There's plenty of other shopping stores I can visit or frequent that won't reek of puke or be mazes to walk through, c'mon Target!
