This is a nice, clean store with friendly staff. I can usually find everything I need, and often a little more! Their clearance section always has some great deals. The one time checkout was a bit backed up, they quickly opened more registers and got everyone moving, which I really appreciated. Always a reliable stop for shopping.

I called about four good times just asking about my purse because I believe I accidentally left it there, not only did they not answer, they hung up in my face. So unprofessional.

Target has reduced the variety of items and has fewer less helpful store employees. Walmart has surpassed them in terms of items and customer service.

Driver on Uber tried to lie and say you ain't got no shirt listed and I know better not your fault but tacky though. Dang sue doesn't need to be working for Uber. Doesn't know how to follow instructions neither.

I am truly disappointed with my recent experience at this store. It has clearly deteriorated over time. When I arrived at 6 PM, I was shocked to find that none of the conventional registers were functioning, leaving only two self-checkout stations available for a line that stretched all the way back to the cosmetics aisle. The wait was frustrating, but what made it worse was the surprisingly rude demeanor of the staff members I encountered. Additionally, there was no associate available in the electronics department to assist customers. Overall, my experience was terrible, and it's disheartening to say that I will be taking my business to Walmart from now on.

14 checkout stations and all closed. Only 3 self checkouts that work and a long line. Won’t be back.

Shopped this target today at 2:30pm. Very disappointed in our visit. We had 2 fully loaded carts & NO cashier lanes were open. We had to do self checkout ourselves (absolutely crazy as those are for people that don’t have a lot of items) that completely blocked the entrance and caused major backup so then they opened the cashier lanes. We had breakable items & very heavy items as well and really expected for a cashier to help us during our checkout. And the most questions we were asked the whole time was “Did you scan the stool, the big box etc?” We spent almost $1K and there was a helpful employee at the self checkout & she did her best but please have atleast one cashier lane open at all times for times like these. Very unprofessional and not expected at Target so I was very surprised. Please do better! Management do better!

Was so happy to be able to find the neck fan I needed for an outing I had. Checking Targets website saved me a lot of time because I knew what store had what I wanted and how many were in stock.

The cashier did not greet me walked off with out saying a word. Came back to the register still said nothing rang up my items and did not tell me the total. That is not acceptable to treat a customer that way. And I know Target policies since I am a former employee from the Williamsburg Va store as well as a merchandiser for Coca Cola and I service this store.

IDK why they feel entitled to free labor. 0 registers open on a weekday evening is unacceptable. Treat your employees well enough you can staff sufficiently, or close. We do not need this store, and will just go somewhere else that has cashiers (cough cough, Aldi)
