Probably the worst Target location I have ever visited! I love Target and have shopped at Target(visiting locations all over VA)weekly for at least 15+ years now, rarely shop at Walmart. This location was the most unorganized and sloppy Target I have ever been to, like trying to find your way through a maze. The set-up of items and their locations are absolutely horrid and it makes zero sense how the store is laid out. Horrible experience! I came here for a specific item that was supposed to be in-stock. I’ll stick to my primary location in Midlothian(Westchester Commons). Any location in VA is better than this location it seems. This location needs to get it together!!!

I've used drive up repeatedly with Target and have never had a bad experience until today. Truly terrible drive up experience at this store. There were no drive up spaces available so I followed instructions in the app to park in a nearby space and put my hazard lights on. For 45 minutes, I sat there and watched people come and go in the drive up spaces, seeing customers who arrived after me continuously get their orders. I eventually moved to an open drive up space, and waited another 25 minutes, in the same situation. If they are "getting it ready" when you notify you're "on your way" then they had an hour and a half just to do that. I understand that it's peak time. I don't understand the "prioritization" of orders, based on when cars arrive. At least give me, "We had trouble finding your order." or something. I won't do drive up at this location again ?

This is the most filthy store that I have ever been to! I couldn't believe the amount of trash and clothing on the floor. Several employees walked by and literally stepped on the trash.

4/5 only because to check out the lines are terrible here. Not sure why the manager never wants people to check out or wait 30 mins to pay but they always do. However, the rest of the place is very clean, everything is organized, workers are easy to find. A lot better than Walmart.

On a very busy Saturday y’all only had self checkout. Me and my girl got like $500 worth of stuff and had to spend like 20 minutes checking it out ourselves… maybe y’all should stop being so cheap and pay people to work. Also only one person working in Starbucks… will not be returning

The man working in the optical department today around 5PM was too busy browsing on the laptop to assist my mom who wanted to purchase a par of eyeglasses.It hurt him to say hello, I guess we were interrupting his work day .

Nice business, clean store, even in the middle of a remodel. Quick service, employee knew where the product was for the online order.11-9-2023: this morning they are very very busy. Though moving right through the crowd. Parking was manageable and the staff were on the floor.

The employees need customer service training. I walked past at least 20 employees today and not one person spoke to me. They only spoke to other employees. Will not spend anymore money here.
