Tried to purchase an item that had a manufacturer’s coupon attached and was told I could not use that coupon, even though it said “valid at any location, never expires.” The cashier acted like she was so bored and couldn’t explain to me why I couldn’t use it, just shrugged. Why are you selling products in your store with a coupon attached that you refuse to accept? No offer to come have a manager manually override it or anything. Remove the coupons from your items before stocking the shelves if you’re not going to accept them.

A great experience if you’re looking for certain things, I particular ordered some body wash the Cremo brand which is very potent and mainly smells for anyone looking for something of quality. I can recommend that brand even native is nice. They have a wide selection if you’re looking for it, they probably have it

All of the Target's stores that I have frequented are consistently clean with clear isles and great lighting. I love their displays, the product pricing is fair and competitive with similar retailers. I've always been able to pickup online orders with efficiency and the customer service experience has been professional and efficient. The associates have always greeted me with courteousness and more often than not a smile. It is quite astonishing to consistently receive the same level of customer service in this day and age. I notice and I'm happy to patronize Target. They conduct themselves as if my business is appreciated and it shows. I notice. Again, many thanks Target.

Ew. Their cashiers have the nastiest attitudes. I'll never understand why people with bad attitudes work with the public. I will stick to shopping at a better target with better employees.

I love shopping at any Target, typically, but realized I like this one across from Chesterfield Towne Center less because they have no music playing overhead, in background. I asked store associates about it and they too lamented this fact. Music please!

Quite frankly today has been one of the most embarrassing days of my life. I ordered a Meta Quest 3 to have delivered. Come to find out I didn’t really like it much so I decided to return it. The lady at the front desk told me the serial numbers on the box and headset do not match so I couldn’t return it. Which didn’t make sense to me because I never switched anything. She told me to call guest services which I did and told me to let them talk to a team member. I got disconnected so I had to call back. Had to walk into the store a few times every time I got disconnected so the customer service lady could talk to the team member. They even called security up to the front which was mortifying itself. They treated me as if I was a thief! I was so embarrassed. Got disconnected again and finally got the final lady who solved my issue. The customer service lady on the phone told me to just leave the Quest at the front desk and she would refund on her end. After getting home I decided to google serial numbers not matching because it was still bothering me as it was mortifying to me. Apparently the serial numbers on the box and headset don’t match and it was meant to be that way. That I could buy a whole new one and it wouldn’t match just the same as the one I was returning. The serial number on the box is the system as a whole! The controllers have a different serial number as well as the headset having a different serial number! It’s all over the internet and Meta can confirm. Target please educate your employees like this don’t let someone else go through this. I don’t even want to go back to that target because I am so embarrassed! To the employee who said she couldn’t put it back on her shelves because it “DEFECTIVE” you CAN put it back on your shelves because ALL meta quests have a different serial number on the box. Open a new one yourself.
