I shopped here recently and felt as if I got a lot more attention than I deserved while on the sales floor and in the dressing room… I know local residents of color are having a tough time adjusting to rising cost but the majority of us do not need to steal $10 pants.

I use to love this thrift store + always recommended it to people visiting RVA, sadly the customer service is terrible!
The last time I visited (a few months ago) I listened to 2 employees rant about a customer who just left. Our jaws dropped as they dropped the F word like they got a bonus for using it! It was uncomfortable + unprofessional on every level.
I visited again today, hoping it was a one off experience, it was not. As I shopped the team member acted as though I was an inconvenience, audibly huffed + rolled their eyes as they worked.
After reading so many reviews commenting on the awful customer service I would hope you all would make changes. I want to + actively try to find small businesses to support. I don’t want to be treated with contempt while doing so.
I will never recommend your store again. Shop at your own risk people!!!

I don't think we can blame the stores. This entire surrounding area is just garbage. I would NEVER come anywhere near here, if I wasn't getting paid for it.

Ridiculously bad customer service. Wasn't expecting much but a response when spoken to would be nice, a hello, any acknowledgment that someone is patronizing you're business. Won't make that mistake again. There's plenty more thrift shops in the area I'd rather give my money to.

Great shopping experience always:) I would say one of my favorite places to thrift in Richmond. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean. You can find great pieces here and I love the staff picks section. If you love thrifting this is a place to stop by.

My family and I have been shopping at this place for about 15 years and loved every minute BUT over the last year or so they have changed, the vibe is no longer friendly and the newer employees are at times rude. Bring back the mature ladies that greeted you and made the customers feel welcomed and appreciated. We don’t go as much anymore (I miss the other location that was on the south side). I guess all good things come to an end.

The prices have gone up so high and very few things are color coded for sale and this has taken the joy out of shopping here. The associates are also unfriendly now. I’ve been shopping here with my family since I was a little kid and it’s sad to see these drastic changes

My favorite used clothing store and I go to a lot of thrift stores. I don't think I've ever left here without finding something to buy! You can find a lot of variety here and they always have a sale going on based on the color of the price tag (how long it's been in the store).Also, I'm 32 and have found some of my favorite clothing items at this store! It has clothing for all ages!Mostly women donate to this store, so the mens section is not as expansive. However, the baby section is awesome! Really the best thing is for tops and dresses and jackets for women.Also, all of the profit goes to the Junior League of Richmond, which uses the money to benefit the local community. So really, what could be better!?!It's an awesome place and you need to check it out!
