Gather & Hem is great - fancy drinks and really phenomenal food!! If you're a local Richmonder, this is the perfect place to grab a drink and snacks while downtown for a show or concert. Highly recommend!

I was "wowed" by the great service and the food offerings are excellent. Gather and Hem is a comfortable bar and dining area.They have a range of options for all foodies. They offer special cocktails as well. Highly recommend for locals or visitors!

The food and atmosphere were such a treat and the bartenders are so knowledgeable and fun to chat with. The location is great if your staying in the hotel, but the parking lot next door makes it easy to get it. Gather and Hem is on the list for our before show cocktails, quick plates and really great burger sliders!

Amazing drinks great atmosphere and our waiter Jordan M was amazing. We went to the Downtown Hilton Richmond VA amazing people and the History amazing time. We went for a choir competition JBHS took grand champion. Until next time Richmond you are one of my favorites.

Sat at bar and had a few cocktails and some oysters. Jordan and Stephanie we great conversationalist and we throughly enjoyed our time. Great vibe!

Came in for a quick afternoon drink and app. Cocktails were unique and delicious. We also got the Virginia Boiled Peanuts hummus which was so so good. Dom was our bartender and was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Food quality doesn't justify the price nor portion size. If you're looking to grab a drink in a low-key spot with a few friends — maybe? But hard pass for me moving forward.
