Not extremely good and not extremely bad.
Plenty of entrances and exits here to move in and out quickly.
Plenty of places to shop if that’s your thing as well as plenty of restaurants within the shopping center to possibly make you happy.
In recent years the parking lot seems to be better maintained than in the past.
Overall not bad and not crazy good. Just a normal parking lot.

It's a few small businesses here, Chuck e cheese and few eateries.

It's a small shopping center on west broad street that is easy to get in and out of due to the number of entrances with traffic lights.
The offerings themselves are nothing too dramatic - some fast food, Chuck E Cheese, a vape shop and a few other places. It's nothing too spectacular but it's also not bad either.

There's a Starbucks that has better ice than most. The Forest ave location also has it. I only drink iced espresso and it's so much better.
There's also a Chuck E. Cheese if you want to catch a creepy animatronic show and eat bad pizza. I also think there's a comic book store which are always welcome, in my graphic novel.

The Kitchen Classroom: Intro to Indian Cooking. What a great learning class! We made butter chicken, saag paneer, Naan bread. Great to meet new people, work at stations of 4 and dine together at the end. Warren is great! Wealth if knowledge, hands on class. Will be back.

This shopping plaza has the Chuck E Cheese for kids, and when you're done, the European deli for parents! What more could you ask for! There is plenty of free parking here. The area was clean and it's easy to get in and out of this plaza.
