Never go their I got a 2011 Chevy equinox from them in January told them I work Monday through Friday 7am/3pm every payment I have made has been after 3 told told him I would make a payment this week he came to my job took my truck n try to charge me 1000 more then the truck price to get my truck then proceeded to close the gate on me multiple times while i standing there bad people my opinion of a 3,999 vehicle make you assault
Someone then maybe you are in the wrong field

The owner is very disrespectful. My vehicle was purchased less than 30 days ago and the engine light appeared after 2 days of purchasing. The owner had his mechanic diagnose for an air filter. I then brought the car back to get fixed and I was told to pick up my vehicle the next day. When I arrived, my vehicle did not start. The owner then tells me I will have to pay to have the car diagnosed. He then claimed the vehicle did not start because the steering wheel was locked and charged me $80. After explaining to him my concerns, he refused to accept my payment with a card and required me to leave and get cash.
During this time, I called to keep communication open and I was told multiple times that the car is sold as is and maintenance is my problem. The owner hung up the phone and constantly uses excuses from his personal life such as his family and health. There simply is no respect or professionalism.

Only 1 star because I had to. Don’t go here they sell you lemon cars and they need to be shut down. Rude and disrespectful where is channel 12 or 6 when you need them.

Do not buy a car from this man, I test drove a vehicle, bought it after the test drive, car overheated 30 minutes away from the lot, took it back he so called unclogged the radiator, I got it back, it ran for a little , broke down again, I’ve since then put $1000 into the car and now the motor gone, he locked the dealership doors, and drove away with his mechanic

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I repeat! STAY AWAY!!! Bought a car yesterday and today the check engine light comes on and it shows the car needs a catalytic converter. I figured I’d need to fix a few things here and there but not this and not in less than 24 hours!! Also the seat belt latch for the passenger seat is busted. Reached out to the Salesman and was basically told tough luck. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else!!

I would 100 out of 100 not recommend going there. These guys are repo tow trucks that steal your car and make you pay for them.

I’d never spend another dime with Unique Auto. The owner Kirk is very rude & his customer service is horrible. Once I paid my car off on 5/30/23 & he told me I’d have my title by 6/2/2023 he didn’t look for my title until a week later then it’s “he couldn’t find it”. I followed up with him on 6/5/2023 he hung up in my face. Followed up again on 6/15/2023 he stated he ordered my title two weeks ago. He once again tells me it’ll take another 2 weeks & it’s not his responsibility & DMV moves on their own time. He told me don’t call there (his place of business) again. Spoke with the dealer board on 6/15/2023, they checked the system & stated he didn’t request anything from DMV. The dealer board contacted him & he told them it’ll be 3 weeks. After I requested a Lien Satisfaction letter via email to be mailed to me because he banned me from his property that’s when I received my title on 6/27/2023. If you don’t want to contact the dealer board just to receive your title & dealing with a very rude car salesman then I’d recommend looking else where.
