I went to return an amazon package and Lavonte told me I needed a box or package due to the label they sent but he could print off the label. I went home and got a box to return the item in and went to the store and the person at the desk printed the label the wanted to charge me $2.31 for the label but did not tell me first. Two people had an opportunity to tell me they would charge for a label once on my first trip the second time before printing it.

very bad service, I have been to other stores and they received my packages wonderfully and friendly there, they even made fun of me!! I felt bad and they didn't receive all the packages. I felt frustrated and disappointed and they also charged me. I had had a bad morning and to top it off, they treated me badly in that store!! It sucks don't go there

Not sure if they were having a frustrating morning or just off, but they quoted me a price >$600 than previous shipments for a large parcel. I attempted to discuss how strange the price jump was, but they were uninterested and unhelpful. Left and went to another UPS store (same franchise) down the street, quoted the correct price of $250 (not $850). I recommend taking anything large elsewhere.

The store manager, Lavonte Davis, was very patient and professional. I don't typically use the UPS Store to ship packages, so his guidance was appreciated. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

They do it all! Notarization, packaging (yes people you have to pay for it!), verizon, amazon returns (free), post office stuff, God Bless! Thank you for all your hard work!!!

I truly wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve been coming to the UPS store for years, however this was my first and LAST time visiting this specific location. Upon arrival I witnessed “store manager” Lavonte Davis spew out horrible customer service to a fellow customer. Not to go into detail about her experience however, Mr. Davis was extremely rude, unprofessional, taunting, and outright disrespectful.I had some equipment that I needed to return back to sender, but the sender only provided me with one label. I did have about five boxes… Teammate, Jade, was assisting me. She explained that I would need either a bigger box to put all of the boxes into since there was one label or i would have to pay for additional labels… Since I was returning items to sender I was not going to spend anything additional out of pocket. After she stated what she told me, she totally dismissed me and screamed “next, I can help the next customer“. Leaving me standing right in front of the register looking confused and uncertain of what to do next… I figured out a resolution, and that’s when I approached Mr. Davis to assist me with shipping off my package. I’m not sure what dialect was had between him and Jade but as soon as I approached his register he immediately started speaking to me in a disrespectful manner and a condescending tone… on the borderline of refusal to assist me. He was extremely argumentative, over what? I’m not sure, He actually stated it took me 15 minutes to unpack all of my boxes and get everything into one, like literally picking with me lol I was so baffled, I think he was having a bad day. However as a manager, how can you possibly expect your employees to be respectful, have great customer service, if their leader is not portraying any of these qualities. I did ask for a district manager because I had some concerns, he told me there isn’t one he’s the manager and it’s just a franchise owner. I asked for a way to leave feedback for the franchise owner and he told me that there was no way but he could possibly leave a note but he wasn’t sure if it will get to the franchise owner. Please do not visit this location at all cost, they are extremely rude, and are unwilling to help and assist. Please seek better employees

Lavonte Davis is the manager and extremely rude would not give information for district manager or franchise owner. Apparently I can ship anything I want in shoe box except a pair of shoes. Stated that is it perfectly acceptable shipping box for anything including $1000.00 cash. If this is the arrogant type of employees this store uses and UPS has a the face of there business I will do everything possible to ensure I don't use them to the extent of paying more for shipping.

If I could give a negative "0" I WOULD! Whatever owner is allowing Levante Davis to manage his store is insane. He is the eipdemy of rudeness and his I do not give **** attitude. Because of his unprofessionalism, Jade is following right behind him. I had the worse experience in store with them both. I then tried to call back and get owners info to address my experience and was told they could not provide any information of the owner to discuss my experience. As a matter of fact, Levante blatantly refused to provide any contact information to reach the owner.
