I usually like coming to this post office after hours because the lobby is usually very clean and nine times out of 10 they have the most functional self service machines in the area. During business hours is a different story. They consistently lock the doors to the clerk’s counter early so you can’t even drop off packages when their bins are full. People will really just watch you struggle. Someone at USPS also keeps taking the hours of this location down from Google every time an update is reported.

Walked in for passport service which opened at 10am. Was second inline. Finished interview with passport agent at 10:07. Friendly and helpful staff.

Worst customer service you will ever receive, courtesy of the US Govt. Your mail never arrives at ur house and when you go here to get it, you get ushered to the back of a queue and they take every other person in line before they help you.

I put my mail on hold starting on February 08, 2025, the post office has not been holding my mail and I have made several calls and text messages and nothing has been done about this, I’m not getting any response back from the post office. This post office is a joke.

my parcel has been sent 3 times to RICHMOND VA DISTRIBUTION CENTER and they can't send it to Illinois. I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 months. It was missing and I filed a missing parcel search request. At first, JERSEY CITY NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER appeared, and now RICHMOND VA DISTRIBUTION CENTER is sending my parcel to Illinois. Very bad attitude. My parcel has been on its way since November 21, 2024. I hope my parcel will be in Illinois this week.

Carrier delivered my package to the wrong address on Christmas eve or stole it. Claimed to deliver a 17x17x16 box in the mailbox. I checked with all my neighbors. We didn’t see anything on our Ring cameras. The sheer negligence and lack of accountability is why USPS is as hated as they are. The package has very valuable items and after filing complaints with USPS and USPS Office of Inspector General, nobody reached out to even explain or apologize for what happened. This is very disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to use USPS when there’s another option. I have been going to different USPS branches and finally someone checked the geo location of the scan for “delivered” and it didn’t match my address.

Asked about my package. The clerk wouldn’t even look up my tracking #. Just told me I ya probably out for delivery. It’s been saying that for 3 days. It’s still at the facility. They thought it was funny while they standing around turning people away from the register telling everyone it’s on the way. Sad

The United States Postal Service has been in operation since 1971, when it replaced the United States Post Office Department which had been in operation since 1792. These folks been running mail for 200 years and still can’t get it right.
They lose my mail, send it back to where I used to live and can’t read an address written in 2 inch block letters. I moved here 9 months ago and have called and went to the post office at least 15 times. They still can’t figure it out.

Bout sick of this place. 3 months and i STILL don't have a mail box. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to this location i am waiting 30 minutes at the VERY LEAST for held mail. I get an email saying i have held packages, yet when i got there, i am told i have no mail. The ONLY REASON i am leaving 2 stars is because of one employee that ALWAYS provides exceptional customer service and ALWAYS finds my held mail that no one else can seem to find. Hopefully she will be there tomorrow to find 3 packages that are being held that nobody else can seem to find.
