I feel a little bad posting a 5star review after only good experiences at this post office, but here we are. It's been fine. I haven't used their extra services beyond sending packages, but that has been a fine experience. Good luck fam.

I don't think the shipper selected the option to run over it with the truck before delivery. Impressive amount of damage caused by your incompetence for a delivery less than 2 miles away.

Courteous and efficient customer service. Postal clerk explained the cost of each type of Priority mailer, then helped correct an erroneous zip code! Also, no line at 4pm even through Google Maps showed “busier than usual”.

I am speechless about the lack of service in this post office. You cannot get ANYONE on the phone and I have a package that was sent from DC to Richmond to my child with medication they need- and this post office can’t seem to locate anything or answer the phone.
This is why people use FedEx which I will use going forward. This is yet another example of why we simply don’t need the USPS. NO CUSTOMER service at all.

I have multiple missing mail pieces, somehow they can't deliver my checks or important mail (that I see scanned in informed delivery and marked as delivered) but they can deliver spam flyers and coupons.and they ignore schedule pick up requests, mark them as complete but don't touch them.

I live near Lakeview and Meadow. We go 2-3 days before a carrier shows up. See substitutes all the time. No regular carrier. Mail gets dropped off after 7,pm sometimes. Thought we pay taxes and high postage rates for even decent service. Ridiculous at best.
