For three weeks I've been trying to change my address. First they tell me they don't have the forms and haven't for a while. I came back the next day to buy stamps and "magically" there was a stack of them right next to the original person's station. I fill them out, bring them back a few days later, and am told they'll be mailed to me and to bring them back in within 20 days. I drop off my postcards in the box outside (which is practically overflowing) and leave. I receive an email with a barcode and instructions on proof of identity. I went back with everything necessary (according to both the email and USPS website) and am told to provide different proof of identity. It's been three weeks now and my address has still not been changed, and two weeks that my mail hasn't been delivered. It used to be fun to send my niece and nephews postcards but it's not worth it anymore to deal with missing items, ridiculously long delivery times, rising prices, and poor customer service. The supervisor here clearly picks on people (read other negative reviews for proof). AVOID THIS POST OFFICE

Come early - they’ll tell you they’re “closed” starting before 4pm.

The lady working the desk is the most patient person ever. She needs a raise. She was the only person working the front desk at 4:30 and the pile of drop off packages was overflowing. I don't know how she kept her composure. I think I would have cried handling lines that long and all those packages. She has always been patient and kind every time I've been to this location.

Lovely service! I have to go here often and take my four year old. We look forward to our visit to this post office because the ladies that work there are so nice. They greet my son with big smiles. They even celebrated his birthday with a gift. We usually go during times it isn’t busy so we enjoy talking a bit with Tia and Chelsey. Never thought I’d enjoy going to the post office so much. They are so helpful with boxes I need or types of shipping as well. We love this post office location.

Chelsea was a gem! I stress PO visits as a wedding planner but I often have expensive invitation suites I need to drop. She was the kindest person this morning and helpful! Truly surprised me as I haven’t had a great post office visit in a while.

I started my career here at this location, so I visit frequently to see how our window clerks are doing and if they need assistance. Chelsey and Lead Clerk LaTia always have the best attitude and the customers love their energy. I would love to see more positive and energetic SSA’s like them. Keep up the outstanding customer service work you have done for the community.

I wanted to take some time to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by the clerks at the local United States Postal Service (USPS) location.I recently visited this office and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the staff.Upon entering the USPS facility, I was cordially greeted by the clerks, who promptly assisted me with my mailing needs. Their knowledge and expertise in postal services were evident as they efficiently guided me through the process, answering all of my inquiries patiently and accurately. Moreover, their friendly and approachable demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere within the premises, making this otherwise routine visit a pleasant experience.

I ship through this branch often and the service is great! They always get me together and when I don't know exactly how to ship what I'm shipping, the young ladies always have a solution.

0/10. Cutting to the chase, the girls working here on 8/8/2023 around 3:30pm, completely suck. I made the mistake of going to this one today because it was closer, but I was turned away when I wanted to do a simple change of address form in person. I was told I had to do it online but I knew for a fact I didn't (I prefer to do it in person and have done so for years), I also didn't have the heart to argue with the girl working. I went to the broad st location and everything went swimmingly (picture below). I don't recommend this location (floyd ave). It will waste your time. Like someone else said, very frustrating.

Came here to drop off a package and this sign was posted. I am all for employees taking their breaks but this is ridiculous. No start time or indication of what time they will reopen. I waited about 15 minutes in the outer lobby to see if they would randomly come back. At one point an employee saw me, made eye contact and then turned around and walked away. Would have loved to have any inkling of when they’d be returning…This is no way to run any business. Very frustrating!

Tia and Chelsey are the BEST! Their kindness and compassion about their job is unmatched. For all the complaints the post offices gets these two make up for it when visiting this office.
