My friend and I had an incredibly personalized car buying process. Shawn Franck went out of his way to work within our budget and find us a vehicle that checked off all of wants/needs. Shawn was transparent, honest and thoughtful throughout the process! A total gentleman. To top off the experience Travis, the financial coordinator, was able to obtain the best rate that perfectly fit in to our personalized payment budget. My husband and I just purchased a truck from VA Cars on Midlothian Turnpike. Our sales rep, Shaun Franck, was totally awesome! So helpful and took his time with us to make sure we got the exact vehicle to meet our needs. Everyone at this office, in fact, was just wonderful to work with. Could not be happier!!!

Crooks. They tell you just what you want to hear. If you take your car in for repairs, good luck. Service department is a joke. They don't have a mechanic qualified to change a bicycle tire.I took my car there for repairs, they called and asked me if I knew someone who could fix it. They will tell you the body shop is not connected to the car sales department. The service department is not connected to the sales department. So you can't have one communicate with the other. But they will tell you the same bunch of lies. Check out the car you are looking at, mine has been wrecked, and no one said anything about it. Doesn't show up on any Carfax. They said they would fix it, but the body shop said they didn't see anything wrong. But when I raised hell, they wrote me a check. So they knew. When I finally got my car back, I was missing parts, and it is still not right. The sales manager, cussed me out. He is the biggest liar of the bunch wou.I also went to the VA cars in Hopewell and talked to some people in the service department, customers.Who are not happy either. Having the same problems. I would not recommend going to any VA care. They're going to screw you if you need ANYTHING FROM THEM.CROOKS

I would've given 1 star but my sales rep was/is AWESOME so the 2 stars are for him and him ONLY (he deserves 5). The 0 stars would've been for the service I received after my purchase. I purchased a 2 yr old veh on 7/15/23 - by that Monday 7/17 my check engine light was on. I called to make an appt, nothing available for people who work 9-5 except to drop off your car and figure everything else out without transportation while they work on your vehicle that you JUST purchased. SMH. Took off work on 7/24 for my appt to get the check engine light serviced, my bumper latch fixed & my glove compartment that was very loose. The same day I was called by one of the managers stating that if I dont complete my bank interview they may rescind my car loan. But the bank stated to ensure the car is to my liking first. The only issue I had that was really bothering me was the check engine light. At the appt I was advised that a part needed to be ordered for my bumper and glove compartment. As far as the check engine light, it was an old code that they removed. So at that time I called the bank and completed my interview. As of 7/28 I called to check status of the parts that were ordered only to find out they were NEVER ordered and the person who has to order them is on vacation for the next week until 8/4 but may be able to get someone to order them as soon as 8/2. So on 8/2 I planned on calling about the parts, only to head to work and my check engine light came on again. I called when they opened and advised them the check engine light was on AGAIN and to follow up on my parts. The lady advised me that she spoke with someone who wasnt sure WHAT parts to order because they dont remember which side had the loose piece on the bumper and didnt know exactly what was wrong with the glove compartment although I was advised a week before that the glove compartment piece was broke & they "apparently took notes" about all of this. I reached out to my sales rep, he immediately got on top of things and confirmed with me that he was getting my parts ordered right away and would stay on top of the check engine light issue. Which of course I have to ride around for another week with my light on because the only times they can assist you and honor the "LOYALTY PROGRAM" is if you take off work/lose time from work to be there if you're a working individual who works from 9-5 as they dont service anything except oil changes on weekends. Here we are 8/3/2023, my check engine light is still on and I'm waiting for my appt on 8/9 so hopefully my parts will be in by then so this can all be taken care of AT ONE TIME. It bothers me that I was forced to complete my bank interview knowing the check engine light code issue still remained, they only cleared it long enough for me to believe the problem was resolved. SMH. Not to mention my first car payment is approaching fast.S/O to Brock for being helpful through-out this ENTIRE process!!!!!!!! I really thought this was going to be the best car buying experience I've ever had.... and the buying part was, its the having to trust that they will fulfill their LOYALTY PROGRAM PROMISE that I'm not so happy about. I hope this all gets resolved soon. I just wanted to enjoy my new car.

My salesperson Dallas was a great help with the purchase of my truck. The whole team at Va cars were excellent to work with! I went in on Saturday and drove my truck home the same day I would recommend them to anyone. I had one issue come up on Monday call them and they took care of it right away I'm very happy with my purchasing and with Va cars for helping me

If I could leave no stars I would I got a car from them last year first they loose my paper work, then I was told because the car I got was not detailed they would do it any day I've called so many time in a year. Plus the car I got I was told id get a new steering wheel because the one I have was all ripped up yet to hear anything back and its been a year so that is why I'm just now posting my review. They loose my paper work and i was still having to pay for a car they had already sold because they took 3 months to find my paper work and my finance didn't get the check until 3 months late they lost the payoff quote.

There is absolutely no communication between the salesman i went through, no communication from the shop, no one returns my phonecalls to try to answer the question WHERE IS MY VAN I BOUGHT A MONTH AGO? No offer of a loaner vehicle, no kinds of offers to “make things right”This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had!Wheres my van, Cam???
