The following has been my experience with Verizon:
I currently have FIOS, 4 cell phone lines, 2 watch lines, and 2 iPad lines with Verizon. Needless to say, I spend a lot of money with Verizon. . .
I called customer service on 6.6.2025 to find out why my monthly bill had increased an additional $180. The invoice only said one time charge. It did not say what it was for. The very kind reperesentative I spoke to did some research and explained to me that it was a reconnection fee because I had not paid my bill on time the month prior. There is apparently 1 reconnection fee per device. Like I said, I have many devices with Verizon... All bought directly from Verizon btw.
He offered to take care of the reconnection fee this time due to how loyal I have been with Verizon. I thought that was very generous and accepted, of course. He assured me that his supervisor would handle it. He told me it would be handled by the following Wednesday. I asked if I could pay the difference to assure my bill was paid on time. He said yes, no problem. I did.
Fast forward, Thursday comes around and I get a $40 fee from my bank because Verizon attempted to auto-draft that $180 that I was told would be credited. So, now I'm out $180 from Verizon and $40 from my bank.
I called Verizon today to find out why the credit was not applied, as promised. The new agent says that he can only give me a $20 credit as a gift, but really shouldn't even do that. I explain what I've detailed above to him. He puts me on hold again and says his supervisor will only give an additional $20, which will give me a $40 credit. I told him I didn't understand because I had already been promised a full credit. I asked to speak with this supervisor. She's clearly upset to have to talk to me and says to me that whatever happened on my last call is not her concern. Her concern is dealing with me now. She says she will only give me a $20 credit, that I lost out on the $40 option when I asked to speak to her. She was so rude and when I asked for her manager she told me I could not talk to anyone else. This is noone else. I explained that there is always someone else, possibly someone here in America, I could speak to. She said it is not relevant where she lives and that I would get no one else. So, I thanked her for being so very candid and told her I should look to take my business elsewhere because of her attitude. I am so over being bullied by customer service agents. I spend over $500 a month with Verizon. This is not the way to keep loyal customers.

It was just a Lil hazy but I did end up with devices I needed and im enjoying being a new costumer in Verizon service!

Adrian was super helpful! Acceptional customer service and very friendly. Make what seemed like a complicated phone, fix quick and easy. We were in and out and a short amount of time. Clean place great people wonderful experience.

This is the best Verizon store I ever been to in my life. These two guys that was in the store they made my day so nice so respectable the nicest two dues I ever met in life. The customer service was on 200. Verizon should be paying those guys double what they paying them now they made me feel like I was family. I walked out of the store with a smile, hands-down, the best Verizon store in Virginia maybe even the country I can only give them five stars but if it was up to me, they will get 1000 stars Unbelievable the two guys were truly God sent⭐️ ??

Robert, the gentleman that assisted me and my wife in the purchase of our new Galaxy S24s and Verizon mobile family account was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made the sometimes stressful process of switching carriers and phones a much more peaceful and pleasant process than one would expect. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.
