My work iPhone started acting strange then just went dead. I was dead in the water for my work. I went into the store (a little panicked) and Tooba was outstanding- she suspected and then confirmed the update issue and got the phone back to normal very quickly. She also gave me valuable info about my getting a new personal line and bringing our mobile phone plans into our FIOS account and saving some money. I'll be going back to see her to make that happen. THANKS TOOBA for the outstanding customer service and quick help!

Don’t go here for fios, we went to get our internet set up scheduled and the manager never completed our order so we have to wait another week to get it installed. If you’re looking for fios go to the forest hill ave store

Today I came to switch over my service to Fios and also to get a new phone under the Verizon plan. Michael was most helpful in helping me walk through all the steps I needed to do from closing out my account with AT &T to setting up the new phone. He also took the time to detail all the costs involved in setting things up and what my monthly costs would be. He was very patient!
