Returned my TV box here. Guy spent the whole time trying to buy my car. Very weird. Then told me I wasn't in the system and had to call a number. I called the number and they were very confused why he did that. The number is a dispute line and she wasn't able to help me unless I get fee'd in the future. So now I have to wait to see if I get fined to call back. Just a weird interaction that made me uncomfortable. Made me feel like he intentionally put me in a weird limbo of am I going to get charged specifically because I didn't sell him my car.

I would rather drive an hour out of my way than go to this store. Employees are very considerate in their communication but I do not enjoy waiting 2 hours just to pick up a piece of Fios hardware. I thought it would be quicker than a Verizon corporate store.

On December 14 I spent a very miserable 2 hours buying an iPhone SE. My iPhone 7 broke unexpectedly so I needed a new phone immediately. The Salesperson "Billie" was pushy, rude, offensive and very unhelpful. He screwed up the set up process so that I could not transfer my information from my old phone to my new one. Big mistake to go to this store for me.

Do not waste your time going to this store. We have been to this store twice and have had an awful experience. The first time we went, their payment system went down, so my fiancé had to leave to get cash, while my phone was already turned off. This time we went in for an upgrade and ended up backing out of the sale because it was so complicated. First off they tried to upsell us multiple times and when we kept saying no, he would ignore what we said and continue upselling. He laid out five accessories even after we said no. We decided to get a screen protector and move forward. I ended up changing my mind and said I don’t want the screen protector. They told us we were not allowed to proceed and not allowed to buy a phone unless we bought an accessory to go along with it. They Told this to us after we already turned my phone off . My fiancé tried giving me his upgrade from his iPhone 13 and taking my old phone but we were told that if we wanted to do that we would just have to hold onto both phones and then we would have two payment plans instead of the one we normally had I don’t see the point of the upgrade if our monthly payment increases and we would have to pay $300 out of pocket today we will not be returning this Verizon location.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced (Employee name, Shawn) I’m blown away. I know they’re a franchise but I’ve made a complaint with corporate in hopes they do something as this store still represents the face of Verizon.CAUTION: DO NOT GO HEREThere’s literally zero reason to give this store your hard earned money. They are a franchise not corporate, and for whatever proudly boast that they “don’t adhere to Verizon’s deals/sales.”I spoke with Verizon today, because we almost switched to tmobile due to a sale, but the rep said while she couldn’t do it over the phone, they could do it in store, so we got over to the Verizon store, I saved the messages for them to read and she also put a note in the system, well SHAWN basically laughed at me and said “you aren’t leaving out of here without paying 200 per phone.” How they stay in business is beyond me, but if they keep employees like that around, I hope they don’t (:

They need a queueing system. No idea if I’m next or 5th in line. No idea if it’s going to be 5 minutes or 2 hours to get seen. I’ve seen 2 people walk in and out with no one acknowledging them, one person jump in to skip the line, and one other person abandon waiting.That said, I’d love to revise this review if the store figures this out!

Vernon was incredible! Him and his coworker (Will, I believe) were efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to as well! Highly recommend, best customer service I’ve ever had at Verizon.

Just had to drop off router. Despite getting there early and there being only 2 people in the store who were currently being serviced, it took an hour for me to finally be helped. They let another person cut in the line for a quick purchase before me.I even asked if there was a way for me to leave it on the desk as I had a 3 hour drive to reach a family member in the hospital, but they told me they had to get into my account so I had to wait.The fact that they were so understaffed on the weekend and didn’t have any way to deal with quicker transactions vs longer set ups was insane. By the time I left there were 4 other people waiting behind me. Half were other quick interactions that could have been in and out in 10 minutes as opposed to an HOUR.

I went to this store to drop off set top boxes because we had upgraded our Verizon cable and internet. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help me, a young man waited on me. He was the absolute rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. After greeting me, he said that I “just walked into a sales environment and would have been better off dropping my equipment at a UPS store.” I told him I was told I could just drop off my equipment there. He then proceeded to try to sell me an upgraded cell phone plan. I didn’t need to upgrade my cell phone plan. I told him that just wanted to drop off my equipment. He was very rude and was reluctant to accept my equipment, and he continued to try to sell me something I didn’t need. I finally left and took my equipment to the UPS store to mail. My experience in this store was so horrible that I would have given them a zero star review, but Google wouldn’t let me.

They wanted me to cancel my order I placed online, they didn’t want to give me the phone so they can sell it as new line instead of upgrading my existing line. If you pay instore they charge you more for the phone apparently equipment is expensive by $100 more, plus some fees like $49.99 unnecessary setup! I know they work on commissions but there is no need to do people dirty so they get paid miserable $5 in check with my sale.

Do NOT go to do a trade in here. They'll upgrade you and tell you that you can do it online but not even customer service will be able to help online. You'll be forced to go into a real Verizon store and spend even longer to fix it.
