I recently had a phenomenal customer service experience with David F. during the purchase of my new phone. He was extremely thorough, patient and helpful. He handled everything I needed done and even followed up with me the next day to see if I had questions or needed additional help. I can’t recommend him enough. Truly top notch!

It's probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! No smiles or greeting when I walked in and treated me like I was just another number! The one closer to wister is a 💯 percent better!

I came to this Verizon store location after having a very bad experience at another Verizon store located at 7720 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294. I appreciate the great customer service and very welcoming staff. Every employee at this location was very knowledgeable and able to help me. They truly work together as a team and fixed my issue. These guys are the best!

My family and I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Darryl. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed. He helped us set up our new phones and clearly explained our plan so we understood all the details. We had quite a few questions, and I know it’s not always easy managing multiple lines—but Darryl handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude. We truly appreciated his help and kindness. Thank you, Darryl, for making the entire process smooth and stress-free!

Excellent and friendly service. Verizon, as always, lets you know that your agreed to plan is going to stop working soon. Life may be terrible at that moment but at least Verizon kept their word and your phone dies. Fortunately I picked the right store and my new iPhone 15 is great. I’ll go back to flip phone after this tho since my new phone will be too expensive next time.

Tia was wonderful. I came in wanting to transfer pictures from an old flip phone to my current phone and she showed me how exactly in only ~3 minutes.

Don't waste your time at this Verizon location! Staff is not helpful very bad service! they didn't have solution to help me with my phone activation or willing to do anything! It's because they don't care :(
