My visit at Verizon today was awesome. Aziz assisted me with purchasing and setting up my new phone. He was genuinely helpful, caring, sensitive, patient and knowledgeable. Big thanks again to Aziz and to Deborah (Porting Department)!!!

Zain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew all of the answers to every question I asked and even provided more information to questions that I should’ve been asking. I went there for a iPhone replacement upgrade. We analyzed all of my existing plans and incentives. After purchasing the iPhone 16 Max pro, he transferred all my data and got everything operational without me having to do anything. He did it all accurately, and when I receive my phone every app every picture every text everything was transferred perfectly. He made sure that I was set up exactly the way I needed to Customer Service at this level is rare these days. I’m so happy that I left the main Verizon store that was understaffed and very busy and came to this location at Brook and Parham. I walked right in and was serviced immediately instead of having to wait 40 minutes as I would have. Fantastic.

Amazing Verizon store. Not super busy and staff could not have been any more helpful. Opened new accounts and got phones and was seamless!

Chris was amazing to deal with. I thought I was going to have to spend three hours in the store as I’m used to. But I was in and out in 20 minutes and he was so knowledgeable!
