Be very careful with this institution! Their record keeping and notes are horrible. Had to file a complaint with the State Corporation Commission in regards to their credit card services. Their auto loan section was pretty decent, but I will say keep your own notes on transactions!

I've been with VACU for almost 10 years. I've never had any financial issues until now. And when I called in to talk about a specific issue regarding my account and some changes that were made, I was told "too bad so sad" pretty much. I was basically told I'm just another customer. And while that may be true, you NEVER tell your customers that or even make them feel that way. VACU, thanks to the woman who handled my call today, you will be losing my business. And while I don't have some huge amount of money to keep with y'all, I work very hard for my money, and I want it with a bank I can trust, and who sees ME, not just a number.

Went to use services and place was closed said due to weather but no bad weather here. Also on the Web showed it was still open until 6. It is a Friday!!!!
