Isaiah helped us with our passport photos and was exceptional. Professional, friendly, quick. Took care of us while directing and helping other people. I was impressed!

I waited on hold for over an hour to speak with the pharmacy. Pharmacy tech was apologetic but said it was just her and one pharmacist working. How does a company valued at $31 Billion not have the ability to properly staff their pharmacies? My guess is poor regional/local management. CVS in the Richmond area is much better.

I had a pick up order for multivitamins. The drive thru pick up was smooth but when l checked the packaging, the expiration date was 07/21. I received a health supplement almost 17 months past its expiration date! I could not believe it. First of all, this location obviously has not checked its stock in years. Secondly, this was the only item in the pick up order and the expiration date is very clearly displayed on the bottom - apparently no one bothered to look. I generally check the expiration date but what if someone didn't pay attention? Selling long expired health supplement could adversely impact someone's health.

Quick and easy pharmacy - prescription called in and I received a notification when it was ready. No line in the drive through made for super easy and quick pickup.

Sarah is extremely helpful. Courteous, too. Walgreens should promote her to management. In an age where sometimes folks can be disaffected, it's a treat to come across someone squared away and knowledgeable. I threw two curveball "where are" questions her way, and she fielded them like a pro. The drug store version of an all-star shortstop. Ok. I'll stop with the baseball metaphor now, before it runs away from me (or perhaps it already has).

This review is for their pharmacy. My insurance requires me to use Walgreens if I do not use my insurance company's mail order service. In the past, I have not experienced any difficulties with drop off Rx when I have them. Today was completely different, with potentially serious consequences. My husband was discharged from a medical procedure and we were given a stack of prescriptions to fill that he would need to begin taking immediately. We took them to Walgreens and asked to wait. The pharmacy staff told us our insurance provider's "system was down" so we said we would come back later for pick up. OK. When we call later to see if the prescriptions are ready for pick up, only 2 of them are as SOMEHOW THE THIRD ONE HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO MAIL ORDER. What? How did that happen? Well, no one knew. When asked how do we fix this, Walgreens pharmacy staff instructed us to call our insurance provider and request a "mail override" in order for us to be able to pick it up from the store pharmacy. So we call our insurance company, tell them what is going on (we need this Rx right now so my husband does not develop a blood clot so we cannot wait on mail order and how did this even get converted to mail order anyway). Insurance tells us we cannot request a mail override. Only the pharmacy can do that. WTH! So we call Walgreens to relay to them what Insurance Company told us - they have to call to request the mail override and if husband goes with this medication much longer, he is at risk for developing a blood clot from his recent procedure. So can they please help us. Finally, they agree to call Insurance Company to sort this out. Finally, we are able to pick up all three medications. We still have no idea how or why one of the meds got converted to mail order or why it took so many phone calls to sort this out. But when people are sick or recovering from a procedure, they need help, not the the runaround. Delays in delivering their medications can create a health crisis.

Always a helpful staff. I'm in the process of moving my meds to this location from Kroger.

Some day my prints will come!! This Walgreens came to the rescue when my usual CVS had a major fail in their photo department. I tried to get some pics developed via CVS' mobile app, sent photos in the morning, same day service (I needed them because I was visiting an elderly friend at 5:00), one hour photos, got confirmation email that they were ready but when I went there, no luck. I tried to get them for about 3 hours!! I left disappointed and tried the Walgreens down the road. The photo staff was awesome, hooked me up with free prints so I could frame them for my friend in the nursing home. Maria, in the photo department performed her magic at the kiosk and got them for me in about 15 minutes! Thanks guys, and Barbara loved the framed photos!! I'll have to visit this accommodating neighborhood pharmacy more often!!

This Walgreens is my new favorite store! The Pharmacy solved a problem for me with a med I was taking that CVS said was just "too bad". Walgreen's Pharmacist found the med I needed in the dose I needed and did it cheerfully and professionally. I had no wait - no hassle and I'm switching all of it there. Everyone in the store was a s nice as could be. They seem to know that they are there only because we shop with them, not the other way around.

i have never been to a "pharmacy" that is so willing to lie, RUN dont walk away from this place. they lie, lie, and lie more. Than when you call them out and complain what do they do? go into the system and CHANGE your phone number so no one calls you back. apparently everyone is stupid but them!!
