I’ve used this pharmacy for a few years and always forget to leave a review. The pharmacists working here are always so friendly professional and knowledgeable. They communicate clearly and precisely so that you are informed of any issues and timing for your service.

Very good experience, nice clean store lots of merchandise well stopped lots of deals. Look like David had a sufficient drive through pharmacy which they don't seem to have at CV s nor Kroger across the street and carried town, which I live a 1/2 a mile away and I'm getting tired of it... I didn't see any lawyers or vagrants outside either. Nobody wants to be annoyed and harassed. Just trying to go in a pharmacy or go in a store by peddlers. Like the other pharmacies around there carry town in some areas seems to be going down ever since the pandemic. I hope everybody's happy with why they're letting this happen. But anyway, yeah, I'm a native of Richmond and I had a nice experience at Walgreens, i bought a few things that were good prices on sale myself as well! just picking up a prescription for a hair customer of mine!
I will be back!

Another pharmacy messed up my appointment and I really need a vaccine as soon as possible. The pharmacy staff was extremely nice and were able to fit me in very quickly. The vaccine was even 60$ cheaper!

They close the pharmacy whenever they feel like. Today (Wednesday) they closed at 5pm instead of 9pm with no warning. So, if you have medication you need daily, do not trust that they will be open at their posted hours, they will not. I say this whole heartedly, go to CVS on Arthur Ashe.

I went here to print a one-page shipping label. Their process is incredibly inefficient. It tooks 20 long minutes. You're better off going to FedEx or elsewhere. The employees were courteous and helpful, so this is no slight to them at all. It's just that the means by which you transfer the file using the kiosk is unnecessarily exhaustive, and using the website is relatively quicker but it could be improved by not requiring you to sign in. A "checkout as guest" option would be better.

Overcharged me $134.89 for a dog prescription on May 1st, had exact same script filled at store on Hull Street for $40.86 literally 30 days later.Contacted this store for refund of $95 overcharge, they refuse to refund overcharged amount. All prescription clients BEWARE! They are taking advantage of your Zip Code economical average and counting on no one following up and noticing their being robbed.I have filed a formal complaint for investigation.

This is a typical Walgreens. The staff was friendly and helpful on our visit. Most items were in stock and we got what we needed--mostly personal care items and OTC drugs. A few drink items were either sold out or not adequately stocked cause some shelves were empty. There were a few sketchy people out front both when we entered and new ones when we exited. They may have been homeless. This place it worth a shot if u need a drug store or convenience store. If they do not have what u want, a CVS is located near by.

Most pleasant pharmacy ever, which in itself is a strange concept but it's true. They always say hi when you walk in and are so nice at both the check out as well as photo/Fedex section. I even pick up a few items that I don't immediately need when I drop off my FedEx packages just because I love the customer service here.

The drive through seems to have some trouble. We waited for 30 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of us. It may be best to go in doors. They also had made three separate profiles for me which has created confusion on a couple of occasions when needing medication immediately. This Walgreens has amazing potential as they staff are really nice. It seems there may be some organizational challenges.

The employees here are so nice - each and every time I’ve been there! They’ve called to let me know I can pick up anything in the store at the drive thru during covid.

Brandon at the photo counter saved my boyfriend's Christmas! He was extremely helpful and worked with us to get everything sorted for our picture needs! They also have a very convenient Fedex pick-up located in the store.
