Worst Walgreens I’ve experienced. They close early all the time for no reason. Walgreens HQ - this location makes you guys look BAD. Your QC process needs major improvement.

One of the store managers there went above and BEYOND to make sure that my package would be able to send with their "fed ex on site" program. I felt truly cared for; customer service was TOP NOTCH by all the workers that I encountered in the store that day. Great Job Guys!!!

I gave the girl on the register an extra 35 cent and thought I had I'll intent.i wasn't getting ignored but I was definitely being laughed at and ridiculed by her. It was not the young girl with red dyed hair. The girl that is pleasantly overweight was trying to bait me with convos that would lead to me getting put out. I tried to use the bathroom and was refused by some switcheroo the Walgreens girl to have a younger worker to tell me no. I love been to multiple and just left another Walgreens down the street from chamberlayne and they treated me way better. I screamed when I was denied the restroom but I really needed to utilize the potty.

Store was closed at 7:40pm on Sunday, says online they stay open until 8pm. Couldn’t confirm because they don’t have any store hours posted.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever visited. The customer service in the pharmacy section is amazing. They are extremely helpful and super friendly and they remember their customers and build relationships with them to make their visits there welcoming and appreciated. They don't get enough credit or recognition for all their hard work and dedication to their customers. They are the most amazing people I have ever encountered and they deserve to be recognized and showed that they are appreciated. Thank you all for y'all's hard work and dedication to serve your community with kindness and concern about their wellbeing and treating your customers like family!!

I am genuinely dumbfounded as to why they would change their pharmacy hours from all day Saturday and a partial day Sunday to completely closed all weekend. Pretty major inconvenience, I will be forced to change pharmacies as I work 10 hour days M-F. Baffling and very annoying decision.

Staff at this Walgreens are super friendly.A couple times I've had to park here due to car issues.One time I was unable to park in a spot and was kinda off to the side at the entrance with a flat tire. Wasn't blocking anything but I could see it as an issue.Their security understood and all was well.Another time I got another flat, changing tire on this car isn't a normal process so takes a while and looks super strange. As well I had to repair the tire myself.Was there for maybe 4+ hours had no interaction with the security that came by a couple times.A lot of other places aren't as understanding of car issues in their parking lots even if you're way out the way.Thanks Walgreens ?Only downside was everyone asking for money, everyone over here seems to need insulin.

This is our local pharmacy. We've been going for 16 years now. The current staff is amazing, especially the Pharmacist, Anna and the tech, Raven. These folks are working their butts off right now to vaccinate everyone for the flu and Covid, on top of everything else they handle. Please show them grace and gratitude!
