I had an amazing experience with Buddy today in photo. He just knows exactly what to do and made me feel so comfortable to do my photo projects. I could tell he was busy but he took the time to help me and it is really appreciated!

I write this review with a heavy heart 💜. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up my vitamin D supplement that must be prescribed by a physician. I thought that I was being profiled but gave the ONLY Person of color an Indian descendant the benefit of doubt anyway. She continued to push the envelope by treating me shabbily as she left my presence to go and get my prescription. Apparently, she spoke ill of me to her colleagues while retrieving the prescription. When she returned, she continued to make eye contact with them as though it was or I was a joke to her!! When you know what you know- you KNOW!!
As a 66 year old woman, X model, college educated, bussed out to other schools growing up in the 60’s, I knew that she was profiling me and unfortunately, it kicked up horrible memories and I with regret fed into exactly what she expected/wanted. I simply said to her that “ she was a tad bit condescending and a boarderline B”…. At which point the entire pharmacy staff came rushing to her defense and refused to allow my payment forward since my card was already in the machine. She had already spoken poorly about me which was evident at the times which she continued to glance at them while servicing me. Needless to say, they did not service me. Although it felt good to say to her what I did after many taunts that I received from her, I was mad at myself for A- not paying 1st and B- for giving her the power to get me to that point!!
I plan to call and write to the cooperate office because after reading these reviews, it seems to be a common practice that they are allowed to treat people with such low and demeaning behavior. It should NOT be tolerated or expected!! Good luck to those who choose to patronize these low-key bullies!! This is NOT OK!

this walgreens pharmacy is literally useless. They never notify you if there is a discrepancy with insurance. Just give me a phone call or some sort of automated email. If insurance won't cover my rx, that's fine, I'll just look for a coupon on good rx to make it more manageable. They jerked me around for days with this. I hate this pharmacy, i hope this location closes.

The pharmacy closed more than an hour early today bc there was no pharmacist to work! I am unable to get my prescription until the next day. There was no notice to customers and nothing posted. I had to ask a store associate what was happening at the pharmacy and she then needed to ask another associate to get an answer. That is ridiculous. I will lodging a formal complaint for store management and corporate.

I went here to print a one-page shipping label. Their process is incredibly inefficient. It tooks 20 long minutes. You're better off going to FedEx or elsewhere. The employees were courteous and helpful, so this is no slight to them at all. It's just that the means by which you transfer the file using the kiosk is unnecessarily exhaustive, and using the website is relatively quicker but it could be improved by not requiring you to sign in. A "checkout as guest" option would be better.

Like several Walgreens in the area, this one is temporarily closed due to Walgreens treating their pharmacists so poorly that they don’t have the staff to keep the pharmacy open.

Rude rude rude employee in the LabCorp this morning. I came in at 8am when the lab opened to have a screening and she was so annoyed that I was there as soon as they opened.

Someone needs to fire Justin in the pharmacy. Every single time I get “helped” by him he’s snarky and rude. He can’t even answer simple questions without attitude. Everyone else is helpful. As a pharmacy tech you’d expect some professionalism or basic human decency especially when, as a patient, you’re behaving very kindly and respectfully. Find somewhere else & avoid Justin at all costs. Really ruined this Walgreens for me. Fire this fool, he’s obviously bitter and inappropriate. Other reviews seem to confirm this!
