I've been coming to your location for couple of years now. Just to mention your pharmacy sucks. Long ridiculous lines, extremely slow. you've been closed for days, how about next time notify customers. Been out one prescription for 5 days because of closure of store. Didn't find out wad closed when trying to refill prescription on the app. Also the one on Mechanicsville Pike closed as well.

The pharmacy's drive thru is slow. Sat 5th in line for about 20+ minutes to receive my prescription.

I called this location twice because I needed a new pharmacy after moving. They hung up on me twice. Called a different location and they magically picked up. After reading the reviews I’m glad I made the right choice.

Had an appointment at 11:20 for covid flue test, they didn't open til about 11:15. At 11:35 telling me another 15 to 20 minutes. What is the problem with these walgreen pharmacies

Switching to a different Walgreens. I have always had terrible wait times in the phone, today was almost two hours. I gave up and drove there to get my meds in person…and they were closed due to staffing issues. Thankfully, another branch was able to fill my meds that I needed today.

Pharmacy does not respect your time. Came to pick up medicine which was supposed to be ready at 11am, I was there at 1230 and was not ready than they told me 5 minutes wait time. At the end it took 30 minutes.

i took a covid test (30 min results) this morning at around 10am expecting my results by 11am. it is now 12:50pm and i had to COME BACK and they haven't even processed my test. dear reader, i had classes today (i'm a college student) and i've no idea if i can go to my foreign language class (attendance mandatory). now i have to wait an additional 15 minutes.

Pharmacy is very unorganized, always closing early or shutting drive thru down. Always talking instead of doing their job, and never uses manners. I was told my prescription was one price and got home and looked and was charged a different amount. I say please and thank you and it’s like a foreign language to them and they give to reply back not even a smile.

A trip to the pharmacy is what it is in Richmond. The wait is typical and the people are 50/50. The customers are worst but this aint about them. I come here but I tried to avoid after 3pm.
