Pharmacy does not respect your time. Came to pick up medicine which was supposed to be ready at 11am, I was there at 1230 and was not ready than they told me 5 minutes wait time. At the end it took 30 minutes.

i took a covid test (30 min results) this morning at around 10am expecting my results by 11am. it is now 12:50pm and i had to COME BACK and they haven't even processed my test. dear reader, i had classes today (i'm a college student) and i've no idea if i can go to my foreign language class (attendance mandatory). now i have to wait an additional 15 minutes.

Pharmacy is very unorganized, always closing early or shutting drive thru down. Always talking instead of doing their job, and never uses manners. I was told my prescription was one price and got home and looked and was charged a different amount. I say please and thank you and it’s like a foreign language to them and they give to reply back not even a smile.

A trip to the pharmacy is what it is in Richmond. The wait is typical and the people are 50/50. The customers are worst but this aint about them. I come here but I tried to avoid after 3pm.

This pharmacy is the most chaotic, least organized place I’ve ever seen. It’s honestly pretty scary. I’ve gotten the wrong medication TWICE in the last month. Once for a completely different person, once I got a medication that was prescribed previously and was there to pickup a different new prescription. The techs are yelling at each other asking where things are, can’t find medications, bickering about where things are. Multiple people trying to help you, and getting confused. People are mad and grumbling. It’s actually dangerous. I’m never coming back.

I am a pharmacy customer and I sat on the phone tonight right now for over a hr on hold just to see why they said they didnt have my script. I still have not been answered. This is terrible customer service

I kept my business with this particular store, even after moving 45 minutes away back in February of this year. I take the same medications and my Rx's rarely change. When my prescriber would call them in, I'd rarely get my complete order and/or my meds would be out of stock. The staff would give me an ETA and when I'd call back on that day, it'd be the next week. This is people's health at stake here! This is NOT acceptable! So, I had to make the best decision for me and move my business to the competition. There's one lady that works nights that's a cashier and she's a credit to the others. I love her. The rest are costing the company their customers. Walgreen's: You aren't THAT hard up for help!

If I could give this place a negative review I would. The pharmacy staff is absolute garbage, horribly rude, unconcerned with anything outside of themselves. Without a doubt it is atrocious how they treat people. Literally told them I had an appointment and they’re acting like it is the most difficult thing in the world.

Went to this location around the end of July 2022 for blood pressure check. I have gone to other Walgreens no problem this location says policy won't allow called customer service.There's nothing to confirm that,this shows no interest for the health of the community.4720 Nine Mile Richmond VA 23223

Pharmacy lines can have a little delay. Most times drive thru pickup and pharmacy inside register worked by same 1 employeeSo, can be a little annoying.Prices inside store a little high. Most drug stores prices high.I go inside to look for orange tags throughout. Can find great bargains.Front checkout register moves quickly. Usually front checkout employees are friendly.

I went in for a pick up order. My project manager had placed it. I didn’t know when he had placed it, he just sent me to pick it up. The store manager was extremely rude & dressed in grungy clothing. Her pants were falling off her behind & it was extremely noticeable to everyone in the store. The staff member who pulled my order off the shelves made a statement, “how is she here to pick it up when I haven’t even put it in the bag yet.” The worst customer service I have ever seen. I was not rude at all to anyway & even told them to take their time & they continued to be nothing but disrespectful & rude. They should just close this store down because no one their wants to actually work or provide customer service to CUSTOMERS.
