The Pharmacist at this Walgreens was so nice. There was an error with my Rx (nothing life threatening) and the Pharmacist brought me the correct dosage. I live in Chesterfield which means he had to drive all the way across town to bring the correct meds. I wish I had gotten his name. He was a tall white haired gentleman. Thank you so much for your concern, care, and great customer service.

I’m far from one to write reviews, even more so negative. However, the situation that happened this evening (Sept. 24, 2024 @ roughly 6:15 pm) at the store with the pharmacist has me livid (tall, old man, white hair). I’ve purchased needles without a prescription alongside my PRESCRIBED injectable medication for the past 7 years. This night, the pharmacist denied me needles for my injectable medication and said it was his “personal policy”. Now I am unable to take my prescribed medication that I have the past 7 years thanks to this pharmacist. As I left the store, I called and got all my prescriptions to a different store. I will never be going back to that store. I am bewildered that someone who is suppose to pledge for healthcare is denying someone needles for their controlled prescribed medication. It’s very embarrassing to see such a business be supportive of such bad character..

Tim in the pharmacy was super kind and efficient- he helped get my meds filled quickly and helped me get the best price by comparing different coupon cards (I’ve had many pharmacists complain or refuse to do this)

I was at your store a few months ago. At check out Naaba was very friendly and asked how my day was going. I rarely get that type of service. It made my day. She was very professional.

The pharmacy is either really understaffed, or staffed with incompetent people. It takes way too long to pick up meds here.

They’re not open Saturday’s or Sunday unlike most of the other Walgreens. I’ve even gone in there during the week to find the pharmacy closed unexpectedly. This has been my pharmacy for over 15 years but I’ll be transferring to somewhere else.

They had the Haribo Sour Kicks, only the best sour gummy, hands down.That's cool. Nobody sells them regularly but Walgreens.The cashier, unfortunately would not shut up and corrected me on things he definitely didn't know about. Like my shirt and how it was made (tie dye by a pal) . He just wanted to seem informed about everything which looks bad on anyone.

Bad service, very rude employees, twice for my prescription, they didn't take it for 45 minutes, I came three hours later and my doctor wasn't there, he had filled out the prescription four hours in advance, terrible service.

This location is definitely one of the less desirable in the area due to consistently poor customer service.I responded to a survey from one of my prior visits with specific examples of service failures and was never contacted, so I can only assume that the subpar service includes those in upper management.I stopped in today, was not greeted, and forced to maneuver around an employee with purple braids who was eating a cheeseburger AT THE REGISTER when I went to check out.How very unprofessional and unsanitary.
