Absolutely horrible pharmacy experience every single time I’ve used this pharmacy. Left Dr at 130pm and arrived at pharmacy at 150pm to check and see how long two prescriptions were going to be to fill. The lady at the window told me she was just now getting the prescription from the Dr and it would be a couple hours before they could fill them. No problem, I understand that. Came back after work at 430pm and was told that they weren’t being filled that my prescriptions were going to an “offsite” facility to be filled and that it would be another hour before they were ready. Waste of time and ridiculous attitude from pharmacy tech.

I didn’t come in to shop for anything at that moment but I did come in to understand an issue with an earlier online purchase at this particular store. The store manager acknowledged me and my problem and looked into the situation from every aspect. I believe her name was Svetlana. She was attentive and did everything she said she was going to do as far as looking into my issue. I feel that more people need to be appreciated when something goes RIGHT because too much focus is put into what goes WRONG. I don’t know if she will read this or not but if so, well done and keep doing what you’re doing.

Understaffed as hell. Filling and refilling prescriptions sit with their status as "in-process" for days unless you call and ask for an ETA. Even then, I've called in the morning to see if a script will be ready in the afternoon, been told it's ready to pick up, then had to wait another 30 minutes when I show up 8 hours later.I certainly don't blame the pharmacy staff, but there's got to be an issue with local and/or corporate management, because they never have enough people in there. I would not use this location if not for it being closest to my house and Walgreens being tied to my insurance's discount plan.

Has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. The pharmacist is rarely there, they close at weird times without notice, never seem to have enough help, refill the wrong prescriptions and not the ones I need. I think I've finally had enough that it's time to go elsewhere, its such as a shame as it's convenient to my house and work.

I had some terrible experiences with nearby drugstores previously, but going to this Walgreens was like a breath of fresh air! It takes only a short time to get prescriptions and was very impressed with my order at the photo center. All of my experiences here have been positive and I could not be more pleased!

I read the other reviews and I agree, the staff is rude and very discriminating , the day of my interview, I wasn't halfway home and I was rejected, the store mgr didnt look into the issue, do your selves a favor transfer to another pharmacy chain, these people need customer skills.

As a loyal customer to Walgreens. I’m really disappointed. I asked to have access to the customers restroom and was denied entry by two female employees due to it being cleaned at 8 PM even though the store closes at 11 PM. Walgreens needs to concentrate more on customer service training than sales. Will be taking higher up action. This is inhumane

I came in to pick up a prescription and the person at the pharmacy was rude ignored customers and had side conversations while people were waiting for help. They also messed up my prescription and acted like it was my fault and then called me 2 minutes after I left to say just kidding they did have it they just didn’t bother to check. I’m the GM of a medical office and retail location and if my associates acted like that I’d be incredibly disappointed in them. I didn’t say anything in the store because I understand being on the other side and I’d never cause a scene but it’s not hard to just be polite.

I never have an issue here. Its always a pretty convenient spot to run in and out of. I utilized there FedEx station at the photo center to drop off equipment.

Always friendly, helpful staff when you need someone. Items are easy to find. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile.

If I could give this a zero I totally would but it makes me give at least one star here's the thing I'm covid positive right now I drove to the drive-thru simply wanting DayQuil and NyQuil because I'm sick and running a fever however the fat lazy Burnett told me that she couldn't help me with my request even though I told her that I was in fact covid positive not to mention freshly diagnosed with covid her response was shrugging her shoulders and telling me that I needed to come into the store to purchase this! This is downright ridiculous I can't imagine how many other people she has done this to so if you want to stay safe I highly highly recommend not going inside of this establishment and you can bet I will be contacting corporate on them

Sent me email that prescription was awaiting insurance approval at 9:30 am for med. I ended up calling them at 3 for them to tell me they didn't have any. They couldn't have called me earlier so I could find it somewhere else! Unprofessional!

I never come to Walgreens but driving through to visit family and needed a power bar. Worst customer service. I was the only person in line and 3 employees were counting one drawer with the other line closed. I was in line for 4 or more minutes, just me watching them count. That's fine and all, I can wait and be patient.. I actually read all the awful magazine covers. The wait wasn't the problem, it was that after checkout the young man just looked at me and after I said Thank You since I'm the one providing the customer service now... I said.. good to go? He just said yep. Lol what in the world. I only went here because Target was too far but never again. The store was also quite messy. Maybe 5 or 6 employees working today.
